Calisthenics Progressions/Advertisement

Movement is a form of therapy.

Other than walking around in the sun barefoot and on grass I also like to move using various body positions and making them more difficult over time. Static resistance training is great but moving one’s body through time and space better than the week or month prior adds a sense of accomplishment and a boost to the self esteem.

The Plantation System
The plantation system… and what is now Ghana is partly to blame for selling us to the white man!!!!. Me - “Hey wait a minute wasn’t part of our bloodline traced back to Ghana?” Also Me - “Oh Crap”

Modern Medical and exercise science places us in a mental plantation of sorts and I wish to show folks that there are other options. If you want to participate in modern-day strongman and bodybuilding competitions this type of training can only serve as a good foundation. But for the rest of us, it can be all we need.

  • Playing with the kids

  • Playing with the grandkids.

  • Have, “Gonna Fly Now” play automatically when you leave the house.

    Someone - “Where in the world is that coming from?!?!?”

Unless something horrible happens like getting mind-snapped by a scalar wave weapon I intend to utilize this form of training well into my silver alert years.

The above video is a primer to an upcoming paid post in which I’ll try to get everything on one page so as to minimize the jumping around that was required for my overcoming isometric one.

You’re right Mr Yoda. It should be a one-stop shop.

If you’re good at pattern recognition (as most of you are) then the above video should give you enough information to start on your own.
