I don’t intend to do too many videos (I like writing more) but I had this idea in my head and felt the need to get it in video form both here as well as other platforms.
But this tactic for constant tension can be used in any calisthenics movement even the easier variations if you choose to use it.
Will you look weird doing it? Yes? But I stopped taking this world seriously a long time ago…
