I’m grateful for the love of history instilled in me by my parents, for without this, I would not have stumbled on more effective forms of training, as well as the opportunity to put them to the test.
I don’t look fabulous, but the intent is to return to or maybe exceed where I was a decade ago. The only difference is the principles I use to do it, which have been demonstrated by others, past and present. These principles often contradict principles within “Science-Based Training.”
If it can be shown that, with exercise science, the emperor has no clothes…can it ultimately lead to a change in perspective about other sciences (or “Sciences”) about the human body?
