Every day, I become a little more radicalized. History is filled with folks in situations thriving in some harsh conditions…
“I had plenty of time to carry out my ideas[As a prisoner of war in WW1]. In fact, I had nothing else to do. And one of the things I speedily discovered was that for many hours could this kind of physical stimulation be kept up. Instead of wasting energy, this, on the contrary, was retained. Which was fortunate for me, in more ways than one, when the position I was in is remembered. For I did not get too much to eat, I must tell you, and what I did get was not of the most nourishing nature. And so I continued for about three months, gradually recovering my lost development and adding appreciably to my depleted strength and energy.” (p 116, Alexander Zass, Amazing Sampson)
I went through some harsh situations over the past few months as well, which I’m starting to see served a purpose. My situation wasn’t WW1 POW harsh, but it wouldn’t be ideal for your typical wannabe Personal Trainer/Fitness Influencer/Gym Bro…
The human body is amazing; it just needs the right environment and the proper stimulus. The only problem is that the environments we’re in, as well as the ways we’re taught to take care of them( either by Big Pharma or Little Pharma), make it seem like our bodies are broken.
But they aren’t broken.
It’s as if something has been conditioning humans to take care of their bodies in the most inefficient way possible, which allows certain entities to profit from it both on the left and the right.
It comes down to the past century of science around the human body and its starting point. Did our bodies come about through intelligent design…or some blind process?
Both paradigms can affect how science is conducted. Unfortunately, we got the worst one.
Nutrition
Disease
& Training
All assume the body is unintelligent. That it needs outside influence. Or that it needs to be beaten into submission to respond properly.
What if we make our own nutrients from scratch?
What if the human body has many self-correcting measures up its sleeve?
What if our fitness can be more time and energy-efficient?
Thank you for reading this article. It was a short one today. I have some more CO2 and Emperor Malady stuff on the way as well as an article on lotion…
…which I keep putting off to the side, but I’ve been experiencing some things in this realm, and I’ll need to wait so that the end product is better.
Also, in regards to this T-shirt that I shared in notes, if I do end up buying it I'll take a picture of me wearing it for y’all.
Have a good weekend!!!!
Someone - “What in tarnation….Who’s we?!?!?”
Dude, you should never be seen wearing that shirt, you should have it framed instead.
A strong mindset always works under the worst of conditions, but easier said than done. Cats understand this, but they keep it a secret.
