Whatever form of fitness that can be followed and yield results in the worst of conditions can make a big difference when the conditions are perfect. I’m learning more about how training that focuses on the contractile properties of our muscles either with no or limited range of motion, can yield results.

A few years ago when some of the millennial hate was taken off I thought I could rise above this. Stand out from others in my generation.
“You’re a Marine Corps Officer who graduated from one of the most prestigious military colleges in the country, work hard and you’ll be fine.”
But I should have trusted my gut feeling in seeing that this wasn’t the case and things weren’t going to get better….

Now I realize that there is a sliver of truth in the concerns from these younger generations about this current world.
The comments come from this video. It’s pretty funny. But the comment section is a tear-jerker.
We’re either all not doing it right, or we’re canaries in the coal mine for what the future will be like…which is limited to no property with a limited ability to make income.
But at least I know I’m not alone lol.

Keep in mind, this change in perspective is coming from someone who grew up wanting to be the next famous black Republican helping other black people to pull themselves up by their bootstraps…

…“Turning The Map Around” that is seeing it from the perspective of humanity’s enemy, 2030 is on its way and you can’t have a financially independent populace and a tyrannical economic system at the same time. I hope this coming economic system isn’t a….
Therefore, having a silent war waged to where folks are in this rat race to support their current living arrangements amidst a devaluing currency opens them up to whatever “solutions” are presented.
I’m also a historian and I love patterns and the pattern I’m seeing over the past century is one of centralization. What will be the result of the next (or this current) worldwide conflict?
WW1 = League of Nations
WW2 = United Nations
WW3 = ???????
A trend of centralization on top of currency that is devaluing as well as a decreased ability to make that devalued currency. This is the future I see. Well, as long as there are no future solutions for a digital backbone to all this that will incorporate our bodies I’ll be fine…

Well, there ya go. I’ve become that SNL skit. Honestly, I should have done it sooner. Heck, these economic pressures might be why so many younger folks are so stressed out. Trying to chase after a speeding train…
The more you own the more it owns you. I now realize some of my stress and anxiety over the past few years was from trying to maintain something I didn’t want.
This doesn’t mean I’ll stop what I’m trying to do though. I’ll just have a lighter load for the journey.
