Disclaimer: I’m not a medical professional I’m just some black dude with glasses who likes researching topics and putting them into practice. Now on with the show…
I don’t believe working out is given enough credit when it comes to health. One may see a few articles after typing “health and fitness” into google but most of these are just surface-level. The most you’ll see are the words synonymous with “Link.” In addition to this, most are writing from the perspective of the last 100 or so years of medical doctrine which looks at the human body from mostly a bio-chemical perspective.
Someone - “Why should this matter? What’s wrong with looking at the body from this lens?”
Well…
…losing a parent to modern medicine is not something I would wish even on my worst enemy. Yes…even the individual who came up with squeaky rap.
This happened to my family. Which has led me down a path of searching for answers most of which have benefited me. Despite one of the most chaotic periods of my life whether that be family stuff, business/finance, weather, & more I’ve never gone so long without getting seriously sick. This was with small/recent periods of eating highly processed food.
RFK Jr Bros - “How dare you sir!!!! Remove this man from the digital premises at once!!!!!”
The last time I was seriously sick was at the start of the Charlie-19 lockdowns and I was experiencing massive fatigue and chills which I now know why.
Man-made EMF(Electromagnetic Frequency)
& Too much oxalates
My perspective has changed on many things these past few years with the help of various individuals leading me down different rabbit holes.
Tragedies can lead to answers.
Darkness can make The Light more obvious.
My love for history and my love for fitness over the years prior to the events of the lockdowns have unknowingly prepared me for what I’m about to discuss.
But the human body is electric and has ways in which it can cultivate/gather energy. Working out is one of them. But not all forms of training/working out are created equal in this regard.
Working out is about providing a stimulus to the body so that it changes its composition(muscle vs fat) and improves its performance. One of the concepts in the fitness world is training to momentary muscular failure. This is where a muscle has been so exhausted of energy that it can’t produce enough force to move either the weight or one’s body. This can also apply to holds meaning the muscle has lost the energy to hold something in place. This requires a great deal of mental toughness.
This can work for the purposes of building muscle and there are plenty of individuals past and present that we can look at for the validity of this approach. However, muscle isn’t everything and in its pursuit, we can lose things along the way.
One of the things we can lose in this pursuit of rapid muscle growth is the energy(or voltage) our body needs to run properly.
I see training to failure as a way to break down the momentary operation of the human body. If this were the 1980s or 1990s this would be completely fine. However, the times are changing. Our environment is changing. Not so much through what we use for transportation, but what we use for communication. I should know. I was a Jarhead with millions of dollars of comms equipment under my responsibility.
But in terms of training to failure, what your body could have used for repair or in the elimination of toxins, was used up in an effort to look good. In your pursuit to look good, you open yourself up to some uncomfortable symptoms depending on the time of year in which you’re engaging in it. If you’re new here keep in mind I do see value in operating from a terrain paradigm…
The better our internal infrastructure is at doing its job the healthier we remain. But it needs energy(Voltage, mitochondria, etc) to do this. Our medical system which came about in the early 1900s was built on looking at the human body through mainly a bio-chemical lens and discounted the electric. Were there quacks out of control using electrotherapy during their day…probably. However, there are plenty of non-quacky ways to take care of this and nurture the electric homeostasis of the human body.
Barefeet on the earth(grounding)
Minimizing exposure to man-made emf
Working out in an energy-efficient manner.
And you can do all this in nature.
The training or exercising we do in our spare time should add more to our lives than muscle. If done correctly and history has shown, one can train for strength, health, and muscle all at once…
“Wertheimer and Leeper went on to suggest that alternating magnetic fields might indirectly affect the development of cancer by hindering the ability of the body’s immune system to fight cancer. They also suggested that it is conceivable that the immune system might utilize electrical potentials occurring at cell surfaces, and that they advanced the disturbing theory that when the human body was subjected to an electromagnetic background different from the level that had existed during man’s evolution, the operation of the immune system might be altered.” (P 23 Brodeur, “Currents of Death” 1989)
If the world were different would I train to failure…maybe. But as of now things are being thrown at the human body and the magnitude and frequency with which this is occurring is increasing.
Plus, I’m not trying to win any bodybuilding competition anytime soon.
“A muscle that has been brought into prominence and condition by means of Muscle Control[ Also Maxalding] is full of energy and resistance, ready to work, and well fortified; whereas the muscle that has been tired by heavy work is usually lacking in resistance, and jaded.” - Maxick
It comes down to what is the best stimulus for growth. The more I fool around with Maxalding the more I tend to question the muscle-building process. You will eventually get stronger and build muscle with the established ways. The question is how much energy loss there will be, how this will affect long-term health, and whether there is a more narrow path.
Energetic vs jaded. Muscle building without the loss of energy. We might be able to have our cake and eat it too…or maybe pie.
The more energy our body has to properly operate the better we’ll be able to weather any storm. Fitness can be part of the answer for a better future. More on this in the future.
But sometimes I wonder whether systems of training are advocated not so much for their effectiveness on the changing of the physique, but for the self-esteem. For some, training to failure is a badge they can wear on their chest and walk around with and flex(literally) on their fellow males and hopefully win over some ladies. Kinda like how some people drive loud cars…
For some, such training where they push themselves past exhaustion, may be beneficial in preparing for tough situations in life. Maybe one of yall find it beneficial in this way as well but for me, life by itself will hone my mental toughness through plenty of situations.
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Take care…
I think that exercising for health rather than being an aesthetically questionable meathead is the best idea. That also leads to muscle imbalances causing further issues.
I agree that nnEMFs are a hidden issue affecting us all. Further to that is the lack of sunlight that is touted as healthy.(eyeroll). That also has several downstream adverse effects. There’s a few people on YT etc who go into this. My first point of call was Dr Jack Kruse, and have found others from there. It is certainly interesting and makes sense. Cheers.
i think you’re right. a healthy body and fitness to meet life’s challenges should be most peoples goal. when you make aesthetics the main target, a lot of the time you might make training decisions that are actually detrimental to your health. a poor trade off methinks. good article. looking forward to more of your insights
