The following post covers this gentleman by the name of Dr Robert Duncan. He gives an hour-long talk which I’ve found here but in this post and in part two I took out the parts that stuck out to me but I encourage you to follow the link and listen to the entire thing.

…were forming a picture for me that is becoming clearer as the days go on. This picture, along with some of the technology discussed in this post, I believe complements various narratives from the alternative health sphere which state that some of our health problems are due to ummmm, “Tests.”
I was born too late for the first Tuskegee experiment, but maybe I’m just in time for the second…
Sorry. I'm just trying to add some levity to the things I’m going to show. Dr. Duncan is not my introduction to this kind of technology but it’s nice to find other experts who talk about it. Most, not all, of the folks you find in this field, are gung-ho/super motivated about this tech. Compared to Dr. G, Dr. Duncan is aware that this technology can be used on non-combatants here at home…well non-combatants in our eyes but the government might have a different perspective…

The ability to make people hear sounds through nnEMFs is nothing new; it goes back to the 1960s. It’s called the, “Frey Effect” because it was discovered by Allan H. Frey. You can find some Google patents for this stuff as far back as the 80s. Some would say that technology of this nature was being built and tested long before that.

Google patents are a great way to spend some free time and finding out what man-made horrors were being developed long before the turn of the millennia.
As I covered in a previous post, a scientist was conducting experiments on people because he noticed a growth in people hearing voices, starting in the 80s.
In the Marine Corps, we would go to the range more than any other service branch. From the lens of defending our nation, it made perfect sense. There’s no point in having a weapon if you’re not proficient with it. #practicemakesperfect
As Dr. Duncan stated if scientists are aware that the technology they are testing for good/defending the nation can also be used for evil then we have nothing to really worry about. Due to my lifelong love of history, I’m on the side of believing we have something to worry about. But don’t worry too much all tools have their weaknesses and all armies have their shortcomings.
It was interesting to hear Dr. Duncan say that this stuff does more than make you hear noises…

The same technology used to find out how a baby in the womb is doing can also be used to alter our thoughts. Pretty neat.
At the beginning of this talk, Dr. Duncan covers the positives of all this technology. The trend you see in most of these research papers, seminars, and google patents is that this stuff can help people be it
PTSD
Alzheimer’s
Depression
Etc
The reason he’s bringing up the more scary parts is that all this technology is dual-use. Yeah it can take away depression, but it can probably give it too. In Paul Brodeur’s, “Currents of Death” he tries to shine a light on scientists that are finding links between our mental state and our growing power grid.
“Perry had initiated the investigation after observing during the course of his general medical practice that people living near high-voltage transmission lines appeared to suffer from a higher than normal incidence of depressive mental illness.” (P 52, Brodeur)
I’m not trying to become a caveman but it would be nice for humanity to have a better understanding of how this stuff affects us because our technology when it’s not overtly used to inflict harm creates damage. I know for myself, that getting away from the wifi and my home and more toward nature tends to turn my mood around.
Although I didn’t find that exact technology I found some other research into holography.

Although those in the above links are going about it a different way the intent is very similar to Dr. Michael Persingers research into giving folks fake religious experiences.
Lights can do the same however most research seems to show that this is done through some type of implant. The main term for this is Optegentics.

There are some indications that this can be done from far off if you look into LED Incapacitators but these are for law enforcement/crowd control and more for just shutting people down vs guiding their thoughts.

Interesting how using social media triggers the release of dopamine and this can lead to an addiction. I shouldn’t be surprised that someone found a way to weaponize this.
Some symptoms of too much dopamine can be
Impulse control issues
Aggressive behavior
Trouble sleeping
Anxiety
& more
There are ways to reset our dopamine some of which I already do for other reasons. If these methods can be used to combat a dopamine-inducer weapon I’m not sure.
He’s Dust Not That Into You
Programmable nano-machines that blanket the environment started back in 1990s with Kris Pister and his home boys at DARPA. Kris went on to start, “Dust Networks” in 2002 and they’re still running around and researching concepts that would make Sauron jealous…
Kris wasn’t the only one some other folks and organizations have researched this kind of technology not just for monitoring the environment but to make it so that someone might inhale this stuff.

From various research papers, it seems like this stuff is legit. However, there’s still an issue with power which is why if you look around you’ll see them try to explore energy harvesting(from the environment or humans) or ways for this tech to stay dormant until they’re activated.

Another thing Dr. Duncan brings up that’s different from others looking into the field is the “Others are doing it so we have to as well” syndrome. In our efforts to combat China, Russia, or anybody else, we could be building our own digital/mental prison.

The reason I find this important is because these technologies influence our physical and mental health. In addition to this, you can find videos of the Pentagon exploring the third option, a human’s spiritual health. But this is all from the context of fighting “The enemy.” Based on the events of the last few years we should be asking,
“Can the definition of the enemy change?”
If it does, the more we know about this technology the less it will have an effect on us.
In addition to this a better understanding of the human body will aid us as well. It can do amazing things as long as it’s in the right environment. Departing from mainstream explanations of illness could provide us with better answers in the days to come.

Must admit, that talk was not for the faint hearted. I tend to be kind of hyper so I had to slow down to the level in which he spoke and presented the information - some of which I knew - and a lot, not. But It's reassuring to know that you have paid attention. I learned more that I didn't know - and how long some of this has been going on (much longer than I thought.) - and how handy it is to trust one's intuition and gut. Long ago peoples knew that 'sickness' was more than physical. I trust alternative methods of healing. need to go back and find out why NLP is important. I actually got some NLP from my old chiropractor (who unfortunately was taken too soon) and it healed a lot of stuff that I think went way back through generations. Our bodies carry the akashic records of a lot of knowledge from the Ancestors (ours and others') and the Earth. The EMF interference makes it hard for people to 'hear' what's natural anymore with the grid taking over everything. Lots to ponder in all this information. Thank you for sharing.
