Ah, the Stockdale Center. This is a building on the yard where the majority of our ethics and leadership classes were held. Man, this brings back memories…
I was combing through research papers when I stumbled on this video that has within it Dr. James Girodano who I’ve covered before. Dr. G is trying to call attention to the fact that our brains will be the next battlefield of the next war. This war will be between the US and “Near-To-Peer” competitors like China.
Similar to the other talk he did at West Point he urges that we continue to research and progress in this field because the “Enemy” is doing it. This talk occurred three years ago and I wouldn’t ask you to listen to all of it but I will share some of the important points like I did last time.
Truly Next-Gen
During part of the talk, he discusses the coming technology that will be able to improve or degrade the brain through nonsurgical means. It will be on the sub-micro scale meaning that one can knowingly or unknowingly
Inhale
Inject
and Injest this stuff
Yeah, it sounds like some kind of particulate that one might not notice maybe it can be mistaken as dust. If it can do all these mind-altering things it’s probably smart too…
There’s some research from 2016 in which a DARPA-funded research team tested neural dust in vivo(in rodents) with success to be able to communicate.
“The prototype neural dust “motes” currently measure 0.8 millimeters x 3 millimeters x 1 millimeter as assembled with commercially available components. The researchers estimate that by using custom parts and processes, they could manufacture individual motes of 1 cubic millimeter or less in size—possibly as small as 100 microns per side. The small size means multiple sensors could be placed near each other to make more precise recordings of nerve activity from many sites within a nerve or group of nerves.1”
This study was done with UC Berkley’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. In this department lies Kris Pister who is the Founder/Chief Training Officer(CTO) of Dust Networks.
Also, Kris Pister’s initial research into dust sensor networks in the 1990s was funded by DARPA.2
Everything under the umbrella of this neurocognitive warfare is dual use. As he says in one of his videos a hammer could be used to build a house or to harm an individual.
His main objective seems to be preparedness. But in order to do this we need to get to the point that we can control people’s minds which he states between 32:14 and 33:05.
From a military paradigm, I understand this. If you’re in a fight with an opponent you don’t want to have a bow and arrow while your opponent has a ray gun or even worse a monster from the Id…
However, the fact other militaries and governments are exploring this tech has the potential to turn this into a never-ending arms race with the ability to manipulate the mind to grow in leaps and bounds.
I trust the U.S. Military Industrial Complex(MIC) as far as I can throw them. A powerful organization of weapons manufacturers that can guide the course of this country like Geppetto controlling Pinnochio will be a disaster for the freedoms of the American people or any country for that matter.

The Tone
Near the end, the host who is a faculty member at the Stockdale Center opened it up for questions and this part of the video starts around the 51 and ends around the 58-minute mark. Pretty much this gentleman came on and questioned Dr. G’s tone saying that it was more excitement than worry.
Dr. G responded that he is worried about such technology and pointed out some commercial entities and folks like our boy Elon who he believes have not fully considered the ramifications of such technology as he advertises his neurotech to the world. I can tip my hat to that.
As far as the tone he conveys I believe the questioner might be unto something but what do y’all think?
The Comment Section
The comment section was also interesting. I’m sure he’s been heckled multiple times about this stuff. The number of people who say that they’re targeted individuals is too numerous to be ignored and governments testing on their citizens is nothing new…
But like all things, it can be overused. If I one day become programmed to do stuff I don’t want to do like eat at Long John Silvers I’ll try to break through the control and let y’all know.
There’s also a book review for his book on Amazon that I found interesting.
We live in a time where great evil can arise as a response to a threat either imaginary or exaggerated.
Wrap Up
The MIC has a tendency to tell us either the truth of an event or a type of weapon that exists long after the fact.
Weather Warfare
Stealth Aircraft
Afghanistan Papers
to name a few.
As far as manipulating minds man-made EMFs can enhance a host of negative emotions so this is a definite. As far as something down close to the cellular level with neural dust/nanomachines it’s a possibility as there are some anecdotes out there. As far as solid research who knows? But if they did accomplish this feat would they tell us?
Dr. G talks about the reading of minds with this technology. If they’ve already accomplished this then they’re gonna be pulling their hair out cause I have nothing to give them either in my thoughts or dreams…
If they want music I can play this on repeat for them if they want…
Interesting times we live in.
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Until next time and Happy Friday

I'm glad you're not offended by my not very serious comments. I could be accused of being a toy brain but this guy is a serious biologist.
My thoughts are nothing but that kitty's whiskers and chin, the Cheshire cat's grin. At least you've got a car that flies, how cool is that? On second thought, somebody stop this ride, I want to get off this crazy thing. So... if you eat at Long John's, we'll know you've gotten yourself all hivemind, evil smartdust controlled. I'll pray for you and if I start eating at the Chum Bucket I'll know something's off
