That quote was the first words out of the speaker's mouth in the video on brain warfare I have below. I don’t expect you to watch it all and I have broken down some of the important parts.
This brief was held at Westpoint which is the archnemesis to my alma mater the Naval Academy.
The history and culture of these two schools might be different but the skeleton of a structured life centered around physical fitness, academics, and leadership are still there. Often at the Academy through email or word of mouth, we were notified of a special brief taking place after noon chow and before our afternoon classes. These briefs would usually be held in some auditorium near our academic classes so it was convenient.
They weren’t mandatory. I could always go back to my room, jump up in my rack, and take a short nap. However, these briefs broke up the monotony of the place and could provide a better perspective on our future in terms of “defending” the nation.
I can imagine West Point being the same with the extra briefs they hold throughout the week.

…but to put it simply he’s trying to better understand the human brain because it’s another battlefield that needs to be conquered or enhanced for freedom and democracy of course…

A battlefield is a location where you meet your enemy and wish to exert your influence on their forces as part of a larger campaign to exert control over their whole territory. Weapons are the tools you use to accomplish this and the better the weapons the easier it is to exert your influence.
The strength of a weapon lies in its
ease of training/use
the damage it creates
and its invulnerability.
What can contribute to the last point is everything from armor to whether the enemy knows it’s even there. Cover and concealment are important to spring the trap on your enemy.
By the time they’ve registered what is going on, they’re in crisis/reaction mode. What would it be like to strike an enemy with a weapon that they can’t see, hear, or even know that they are being attacked?
This is where Neuroweapons come in. Strike the enemy(whoever that may be) and cause them to do a myriad of things from the individual level all the way up to the societal.
These weapons can ultimately damage economies
or they can turn you into a caveman
They can be carried inside a ballpoint pen
or you can release them while you eat green eggs and ham.
In the brief, Dr. G refers to such weapons as WMD^2 meaning that they are weapons of mass destruction and mass disruption. Everything is going fine in society? Psyche!!! Now there’s chaos. Later in the brief around 33:40, he talks about ways you can scare the populace of a country and destroy their infrastructure over a disease scare…
Yeah, keep in mind this brief is five years old.

Affect The brain in the individuals/surrounding ecology
The purposes of this are two-fold or, “Dual Use” as the speaker would say. We can enhance the capabilities of our own soldiers in combat with the enemy as well as help them mentally when they come home with PTSD.
This and a great many briefs and ted-talks I’ve seen use PTSD and alzheimer's as a pretext to get into this field of studying and altering the function of the brain. If I had faith in modern medicine I would be somewhat fine with this.
However, knowing what faulty assumptions it’s built on as well as understanding human nature and the current vector of centralization(tyranny) of this country and many around the world, makes me skeptical.
The Why
Which brings me to my next point. There isn’t a modern nation on this planet that isn’t fidgeting with Digital IDs2, AI3, and massive surveillance systems. Some are going harder than others but most are on the same page. Just like with Covid.
The reasons why Dr G. says we need to delve into this technology can be summed up as this…
Well…everybody else is doing it, so we should too.
The assumption I think this dude has and many like them is that these countries will be using some of this technology for the next big war. But what if they’re not? What if they’re exploring these technologies for their own citizens and we, due to our military-industrial complex paradigm, see a fight brewing?
What if these folks like Dr. G are unknowingly building the walls of our prison?
However, what if folks like Dr. G already know that these countries are exploring these technologies for their citizens and have generated a story to scare and later desensitize us into opening Pandora’s box?
Directed Energy
It has been known for a long while4 the different things that could be done with radio frequency or microwaves to the human body. You can find Google patents on such technology 5which I’ll probably get into at a later date. This is why if you get away from technology for a bit you’ll probably feel better.
But the speaker brings up the Havanna syndrome from 2016 and that attack using directed energy. I’ve just realized that we’ve backed off6 from that narrative all a sudden.
2016 - 2022 Them - “Ah ah where is it coming from?/ Who would be attacking us?”
2023 Them - “Oh don’t worry about it.”
Me -
The symptoms from the syndrome included
ringing in the ears
pressure in the head
nausea
headaches
and acute discomfort
He asks those in the crowd who would benefit from such an attack. The me from 2010-2014 and the me now would have very different answers.
But directed energy is a part of this warfare on the mind. Directed energy does not have to be a beam or some dude hiding in the bushes, it can be a generated field as well.
NASA Parallels
If you’ve seen my last Friday post some of the things he talks about in this video should be familiar to you.
He talks about a myriad of weapons that can’t be seen by the human eye that could be unleashed on the enemy. Some can give the enemy a heart attack, some can disrupt their brain function and some can make the enemy think that you are his best friend.
The speaker also gets into nano swarms and tiny particles that could overwhelm the enemy. He used his pen as an illustration of what these non-particles could be carried in as well as the area they could cover. This is similar to the smart dust from the NASA slides.
Ethics
Jus in bello refers to the way in which warfare is conducted and Jus contra bellum refers to whether a war should be fought at all. In this context, neuroweapons can possibly stop a war before it starts or help it to end quicker and in an “Ethical” manner after it begins.
Dr. G acknowledges that such a form of weaponry is opening a can of worms. However, he stated that it was too late, that the train had left the station, and that we needed to start making decisions. If it was already too late 5 years ago how advanced is such technology now?
Another thing he mentions is whether we should change our ethics to incorporate such weapons into our military arsenal. He kind of leaves it open but the military-industrial complex has already been talking about such, “Change in ethics” talks for a bit7.

What has been the point of all these wars and weapons technology if things have been getting progressively worse over the past couple of decades? If we are less free now than in ages past?
It is certainly better to be living now than if I were in Africa during the times of the slave trade and hunted down by my fellow Africans to be sold to the white man.
It’s the overall trend I find concerning and the lack of awareness by most that this is happening.
I was in a discussion a few years back(before I woke up) and the belief was that if you’re a conspiracy theorist you have to be in a state of constant agitation and paranoia. I know now that is not the case. You can still laugh, enjoy things, eat your favorite foods, and hang out with friends/family with this stuff in mind. If anything these moments become more precious to you.
Strong bodies are important. But so are strong minds. Train your mind to be peaceful amidst the chaos.

Every weapon that's created by the military-industrial complex is made under the context of preserving our freedoms. But the trends of this country over the past few decades and the research in enacting warfare on our very minds should make us weary of the development of such technology.

So many people I know would rather not know the details because of the fear it brings them. When things get visibly worse they will not have trained their minds already and it will be worse for them. Sigh...
