Definitely.

Sorry Kitten, so many responses when asking why things are done a certain way are…”Well that’s how it’s always been done!!!!” That’s how I’m starting to see this emphasis on full range of motion although good things can come from it.

Yes! I remember seeing the shorties while glancing from the full range of motion cult; this makes sense. Another mental reset for me, running out of high ground...
