Love the picture-in-picture video - easy to follow. So much we can do with just a little equipment, and the right mindset. Love the batman shirt too - too many supermen out there trying to be superman. Batman is a human with the right mindset, and lives in a cave. Can't go wrong.

Thank you, Roman. Yeah, I always wear Batman and I have a few Nightwing shirts too. I always liked looking at the comic book heroes that were at the peak of human capabilities.

I love that you just run through a sequence you planned before. I've been tied to videos. Now I want to move back to running my own plan--as you do! I need to set Pilates aside and return to the Barre workout to align my foot, ankle, calf, Knee, thigh, and hip. But no videos! Set the program myself-- as you do!

Problem begins 12 years ago slamming my instep (jumping down from city bus) with pain shot to my groin. Big toe damaged. Left Ankle slammed to the left, and now knee out of place to a point of pain. (Medic said no problem...). Jonathan, I'm determined to solve this one! I've been in pain since October!

Thank you and good luck to you. That's a great idea. Low impact with multiple repetitions is great for building back strength/stability after an injury.

Thanks. I'm at the end of a three month treatment for Lyme....if it's not eradicated, then onward to plan #36! …....
