“War” Story
Back in the day when I was, “defending” our way of life my specialty was in communications. Pretty much, I provided the architecture and equipment to allow the commander and his subordinates to talk anywhere on the battlefield or around the world.
For most of our transmission equipment, especially our satellite pieces, we always had them grounded and connected to the soil. What was the purpose of this grounding?
One is safety in order that there is no charge build-up affecting the piece of equipment or transferring to the user…
The next is for better operation. When a piece of equipment is grounded there’s less noise and the antenna is able to transmit with more efficiency.
This was from a little war game I was in at the end of my officer training course. During this event which was called, “The War” I was the radio man/ comms guy for my platoon. One of the radios I had on me was an HF radio and on the move, it was a pain in the butt communicating with that thing. But whenever we stopped and took a knee I could bust it out, ground it with a wire, and actually reach who we needed to talk to.
The better the electronic equipment is grounded, the better it will operate. Turns out the human body is the same way.
Grounding
Walking barefoot on the earth is something I’ve been doing regularly for the past couple of months. I do it a little bit throughout the day. I wake up, and go for a walk before my workout which is either calisthenics, overcoming isometrics, or hill sprints. I then try to go out during lunch as well as after my evening meal.
Whereas grounding a piece of equipment means that it’s not holding any unnecessary amount of charge, living as a hobbit for a bit means that your body is not holding any unnecessary amount of charge too. Therefore, if it can be in a place that’s void of human infrastructure the better the results will be. Sometimes I like going out to a park that’s far away to ground on. My sleep for the next few days is amazing.
The Influence Of Our Comms
The things we use to communicate1 along with what powers them affect our biology to a significant degree. I’m not here to say the sky is falling but grounding offers us an opportunity to suppress the effects of such technologies.
I found it weird that during communications training we were told, based on the frequency ranges of some of our equipment, that standing in front of it would mess you up. But these Marines would turn around and talk about how they can’t wait for 5G to arrive.
Heck, don’t take my word for it, the dude who blew the whistle on asbestos, Paul Brodeur, also mentioned the effects that these technologies have on us.
This brings up an interesting idea. If non-native EMFs can affect our biology and they're just nonchalantly propagating. What could happen if someone directed these energies to a higher degree and used them as a weapon or form of control? I wonder if the military-industrial complex already has.
Naw they’ll use them on the “Terrorists” in order to defend our freedoms if that were the case. I’m sure of it.
Healing/Repair
But anyway, grounding provides a way to heal ourselves of the technology we’re using on such a consistent basis.
It's also a way we can heal ourselves from other issues one of them being inflammation.2 This brings up another interesting point. I mentioned before a guy by the name of Rudolph Virchow who was a prominent 19th Century physician. He was the first to propose that cancer is an issue of inflammation. There might be something to this but I’m grounding for other reasons anyway.
We traded the ground, sunlight, and huddling around the campfire at night for
High rises, blue lights, and huddling around the Wi-Fi router at night.
There are other things we started adding to our lifestyles that are also affecting our health. At the end of the day, I think it's simple, we just have to strike a better balance with our human nature. We are part of creation, not separate from it. No matter how far or how fast we travel, or how far we can communicate nothing will change that.
But our current system of care does not look for root causes or sees us as part of this world. If they did, certain diseases would be suppressed. Instead, they give us tools and medicine that make the problem worse. And if you try and sue for medical malpractice, you’ll get stopped by the, “Standard of Care” which I’ll cover next week. I liken our current medical system to the Repair Man, Man, Man, Man from All That.
If you’re not familiar, every time he showed up to fix something he made the problem much worse…
Our current medical system is the same way only more terrifying. Because the media runs cover for them, they don’t for, “Repair Man, Man, Man, Man, Man, Man.”
The time, energy, and money it takes to pour into something is also a factor. With grounding it’s easy, just take off your shoes and stand in a field for a few minutes.
Focus vs Freaking Out
With the chemicals in our environment, food, clothes, cosmetics, and electric pollution it’s important not to look at all the things that can damage our biology, but to focus on those things that heal.
Grounding
Good Sleep
Fasting
Just like with building muscle, or improving your strength, as long as you provide the right stimulus your body will act accordingly. It’s smarter than most of the mainstream experts give it credit for.
There is recent research that’s brought me to this conclusion but it’s also a lifetime of working out and using methods that depart from the mainstream. Reading and experiencing all the little ways I could gain strength or build muscle over the past few years has given me some appreciation for how well we were made. The more I get into natural health practices the more this increases my appreciation levels...
I’m about using cheap ways to improve or maintain our health. Strangely enough, I don’t believe I’m cutting myself short but I’m expanding the range of things I can achieve.
Wrap Up
Health and fitness can be very simple. Once you see and experience how the body works, your dependence on various organizations and businesses will decrease.
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Until next time….
Just a reminder how complex our bodies are....that just wearing shoes can have a non-positive effect on our health!
