I talk about overcoming isometrics(Against an immovable object) a great deal but what about yielding isometrics(Against opposing limbs)?
can you provide a recommended list of books on the topic of isometrics?
ive downloaded Maxick and the one you recommend here as well. any others or am I all set?
I’ll provide another tomorrow in a post as well. There’s no good link for the book anymore but I give it to y’all in PDF.
Functional Isometric Contraction Bobb Hoffman: https://archive.org/details/functional-isometric-contraction/page/162/mode/2up
Other than those two, I would recommend this one. It can't be immediately applied like the others but there are some good principles in there.
