“I believe the more nerves you bring into play in training the better overall health you’ll have and the better your energy will flow from one part of your body to another and the more coordinated you’ll be and the more stamina you’ll have.
In my opinion the better you train your nerves the faster your body recuperates and the less sleep you actually need.” (P 21 Steve Justa, Iron isometrics)

Alright…I’m Heading Out
Intro
If there’s one thing all my years with minimalist fitness and my recent journey into alternative health have done for me, it’s improved my appreciation of the human body.
Turning the map around, meaning I’m looking at this from the perspective of someone…or something(Eph 6:12) that wishes to keep the slaves in check, I can see how creating a system that does the opposite, make us think less of the human body, to be of great advantage.
Bio-digital Convergence Fanboys- “The human body is not an amazing creation. It came about through millions of years through some blind process and what we have today is still imperfect. Modern medicine has corrected this somewhat. But there’s still more we can do. Let’s merge man and machine to enhance the human body and truly make it perfect!!!!!”
Me -
The historical narratives that we have been taught in the past will set us up for their current and future solutions. Unless we see the error in the narratives we’ve been given.
The medical system we have been given through the Flexner Report is very reductionist in how it sees the human body. It leaves things out. When things are left out the problem cannot be solved as efficiently. Or as the subject of this post says,
“Treatment Failures Usually Means It’s The Wrong Paradigm”
If you had told this black Marine Corps officer with glasses, a medium fade haircut, and going through a crisis of faith while in Syria six years ago that he’d observe his mother and many other Americans be poisoned with medicine and have their deaths blamed on a virus he wouldn’t believe you.
The treatment failures I saw were indicative of the wrong paradigm. It was more effective to fight “Covid” by not going to the hospital. A better paradigm could have solved many problems then. A better paradigm will help as we go into the future…
Some folks are pushing back and seeking to establish a better health paradigm. Gentlemen like Dr Jerry Tennant.
48 Min Video…But I’ll lay out the parts that stuck out to me below.
Paradigm Shift
Many of us can testify to an event that occurs in our life that can’t be explained by any of the established narratives of the day and this leads us to search for an answer. After we do some digging we finally find it and things start taking off. This happened to me in more ways than one.
Dr. Tennant is no different. After a sickness and a great deal of fatigue left him having to sleep for 16 hours a day he began to step outside the standard explanation and after some searching and application, his health improved.
What changed?
Instead of looking at the body from this bio-chemistry perspective he started looking at the body from an electric perspective. The first thing he did was that instead of looking at acidity levels in the body through pH, he viewed it through voltage.
Voltage > pH
This part set off a light bulb for me because for a while my people were raving about a dude by the name of Dr Sebi who advocated an alkaline diet to stay healthy. It was pretty much becoming plant-based and I believe there were some videos of him later saying that he ate the occasional fish. There were many testimonies about the effectiveness of this diet and he had a few run-ins with “Health Authorities.”
Was it more than chemistry? Was the food people were preparing out of his cookbook helping to create a better voltage within the body?
The human body is 60% water so it would make sense that the PH/or voltage state of this liquid determines the proper workings of everything.
Dr Tennant says that chronic disease is a state in which the body cannot make new cells.
To make cells requires a -50 millivolts
Maintaining cells requires a -25 millivolts aka a 7.45 pH
In the video, he states that cancer starts at +30 millivolts which puts the human body in a more acidic state.
Alkaline = Higher Voltage
Acidity = Lower Voltage
Therefore stay away from anything(environmental toxins) or form of living that causes you to lose your voltage. Fight off any Swipers…
It's an unrelated but funny video.
Energy From Fitness
It is necessary to say that any exercises performed, or any exertion made with a view to increasing the Physical Power, must not be carried far enough to induce excessive fatigue. This fact has been apparently overlooked by most teachers, whose summary advice is ”to work until the muscles are incapable of doing anything further or the time being”, or words to that effect. They also give to their unfortunate pupils to understand that, ”the more work done, the more benefit gained”, etc., regardless of the physical strength, will and capabilities of the individual.
We aim, first and foremost, at the improvement of Circulation, it being through that channel alone that every function of the body can gain vigor, and acquire increased activity and endurance. This is not attained by several hundreds of movements gone through daily with dumbbells or some apparatus, nor by the tremendous output of energy which this involves. The energy must be retained and added to, and this is the end which we have in view in our System, as a whole of our teaching consists in the conservation of energy, by economizing the output; and, furthermore, in showing how to direct the energy to the best advantage.
(Health, Strength And Will Power, Maxick And Saldo.)
Luckily the body has a multitude of battery packs and our muscles are one of them. They can be spent and they can be charged. This is one thing that due to our science today is not widely known let alone how to develop this.
When the current world is lacking it’s always best to go to the past…
"I only became a weightlifter in order to prove that the “control of the muscles” was the greatest consideration in the performance of feats of strength; and I reason, with obvious logic, that if I am able to perform feats of strength far beyond anything ever accomplished by the most scientific lifter at my weight, by controlling the muscles, I can put that power to a much greater use; in fact, to the greatest use of which this world is in need—to the curing of disease" (Maxick 7, How To Become A Great Athlete)
What makes the above quote so significant is that Maxick, like some of the circus performers/strongmen of the early 20th century, grew up a sickly child. Despite this, through consistent training, many of them were able to become powerhouses and cement their place in history.
Did they do this through workouts designed to leave one on the floor in a pool of sweat and barely able to move for the next few days?
No
It was a careful application of training that was strenuous and focused enough to cause an adaption but not to cause damage. You engage hard enough to develop some slight momentary fatigue and increased blood flow and disengage.
Note: A greater/added contraction of the muscle through mental application beyond the force you are generating will aid in this focus. #FlexWhileMoving
Even on a hot day here in Texas, one of my workouts will develop a little bit of sweat but nothing profuse.
Workouts don’t need to be fatiguing and destructive to produce results.
Especially these days.
“Basically, what you want is to turn yourself into a more powerful and efficient machine that doesn’t need as much fuel. The energy in the muscle itself becomes higher, so you don’t need as much energy in the form of food to keep progressing.” (p 22, Steve Justa, Iron Isometrics)
One of the reasons people believe in strenuous workouts is because the entire fitness industrial complex is geared towards this. They tell you to workout hard then when you’re not progressing they recommend all their pills and powders to help you get back on track. But if this type of super strenuous training wasn’t advocated their solutions and supplements would not be needed.
How we train can be used to improve our bodies’ voltage. This is something I knew early on but could not put into words or know the science that supports it. If “Healing Is Voltage,” why not store that voltage so it can be used at a later date?
“By giving nothing out, I was slowly conserving energy, and as the commerce of the world, interest is given for money, and the more money, the more interest; so, the more energy conserved, the more strength is proportionally attained, and with interest, because it reacts upon itself.” (p 9 Maxick, How to become a great athlete)
In addition to our muscles our fascia, the connective tissues that surround anything and everything, act as a semi-conductor. All our muscles are the battery but that power can travel through our fascia. Given that our fascia can co-contract with our muscles whenever we’re moving or exerting against an immovable object we’ll be training our fascia. Some training will strengthen it in more direct ways than others. But variety over repetitive movements is key which can be done by overcoming isometrics.
“What I believe sets my isometrics apart from those of other people have experimented with is the fact that I try to add multiple combinations of these basics together at the same time… That is the key to making you super strong with this isometric training.” (p 20, Steve Justa, Iron Isometrics)
A variety of movements can also be done with movement training like in this video.
I’m not trained in that area but it’s pretty much every bodyweight movement you can think of combined into a kata/form/dance.
In addition to this anything like actual dancing, martial arts, or manual labor will have a positive effect on your fascia. But without energy/voltage stored in the muscle, you will only go so far…in my humble opinion.
Circuit
The human body is well-connected. Power supply, semi-conductors, and it also acts as a circuit.
Muscle (Power)
Fascia (Conductor)
Nerves (Circuit)
Because of the trajectory of our medical system here in the West, talks about meridians tend to be very rare but it’s a huge part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s also not gone unnoticed by those involved with bio-digital convergence research just fyi….
But it was interesting to see all the connections that our body holds. A damaged part of a circuit can lead to a lack of power flow into an area and without this power disease or a malfunction occurs.
Wisdom
What I found the most interesting in this talk was the link between our wisdom teeth and our nervous system (fight or flight). With this damaged part of the circuit, someone’s ability to deal with stress will greatly diminish. This is very interesting because near the beginning of the talk he mentioned PTSD among military members. If you’re not already aware PTSD is high among veterans even those who didn’t serve in combat. Could PTSD and wisdom teeth removal, among other factors(diet, nn-emf, etc), be a reason for all this mental anxiety?
I remember I got mine taken out senior year at the naval academy. I guess the anesthesia wasn’t that good because I woke up in the middle of them drilling my tooth to pieces. Yeah…not fun.
Here are some more military dentist/wisdom teeth memes.
Alright, we’re back.
Our thoughts matter matter more than we think. Heck, there are entire books on this stuff and Dr. Tennant stated that our thoughts create magnetic fields and these magnetic fields can hinder the transfer of voltage from one part of the body to the other bringing about disease. This is not the only alternative health paradigm that links our thoughts to our diseases there’s also German New Medicine.
In addition to his linkage between thoughts and disease, he also talked about cancer from the perspective of it being a response mechanism. My day-one subscribers already know this but I find value in looking at research that looks at cancer from this corrective measure lens.
If waking up to the world in the past few years has taught me anything, it’s that the majority of things we’ve been taught are an inversion of the truth.
Can’t Hold a Charge
Dr Tennant stated that certain areas of the body can lose their charge meaning that no amount of voltage will fix the issue. When it comes to this he has a device that can restore this called a Transducer. It looked hi-tech and functions like the medical tricorders straight out of Star Trek.
But the loss of voltage he also linked to the increase of “Bugs”(Bacteria & viruses), especially in the case of autoimmune disease.
But this need for high voltage to combat bugs can also be viewed from the terrain perspective…
“If I could devote my life over again, I would devote it to proving that germs seek their natural habitat, diseased tissue–rather than being the cause of the diseased tissue.” - Rudolph Virchow (19th century physician)
Either way, I’m employing and going to employ ways to keep my voltage up. And there are plenty of ways…
Alright…I’m Heading Out
Being aware of the possibility that parts of our body might lose their charge why not stay healthy enough to decrease the likelihood of this?
Daily exercise should be a part of this process. But none of the gadgets, pills, and fatigue are necessary to do this. There are other methods that I nerd out on and have decided to teach the world about…
As long as you’re out and about, walking multiple times a day, or gardening you’ll be fine. Move your body.
But if you want to try something new you have a subject matter expert on forms of training you can employ inside the comfort of your home.
My main dream in life is to see a world that better understands the human body. Because the better the paradigm we have for this temple the better we can solve any problems that come up. Looking at the human body from an electric perspective is an important part of this revolution. Heck, maybe looking at everything from an electric perspective might make more sense of it all…
I did leave something out of the post that will be for my paid homies in part 2 which is our central circuit and how to train it as well as the benefits.
But I’ll leave yall with a quote and a few videos.
The great secret of developing strength is to do so in a way which will store up energy instead of dissipating it, and build up stamina as well.” Alexander Zass (The Amazing Sampson)
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Until next time and Happy Friday!!!!!
Have you read much on Hal Huggins and the Huggins Protocol? Dr. Thomas Levy is a disciple, as is John Bergman. The cavitations left from root canal extractions can become chronically infected, and those infections lower the voltage in the related meridian. It's possible to get those opened back up, cleaned up with ozone, then platelet rich plasma is put in the cavitation to encourage your body's own stem cells to fill in the cavitation. It's not cheap, and insurance won't cover it, but it's an investment in preserving as much health as possible.
I've got some catching up to do. You've probably mentioned it before and I'm just fully grasping it but I'm sorry about your mother. Oh,and interesting topic as well, I need this.
