Activation of the underactive muscles and teaching them over time to work in harmony with the surrounding muscles and those on the other side that are overactive.
I see a lot of people who walk strangely and often wonder how many of them are curable. Unfortunately, our medical systems generally ignore them - there is no clear pain, so they don't complain, because their body compensates. And even if they are cured, perhaps by walking backwards or other exercises, the cure can only be ignored by our current medical paradigm.
Thank you Helebores. No, but I'll look it up. Finding different approaches to fitness/movement I find more enjoyable than studying for a certification lol.
Two weeks in now and starting to feel the storage of energy by not exercising to exhaustion! Now I just need to start buying more farm-fresh meat, milk and eggs
There's more now than there used to be as farmers increasingly sell direct to public. But there's no Amish communities here (except one guy in Tasmania) and that cuts out a potential source of fantastic quality produce. Hence why I supplement with bush food foraging (I was getting free Grevillea nectar today, yummmm!)
I wonder if isometrics would have the same positive effect on bone structure as weight lifting?
This made me laugh.

Absolutely. Wolff’s Law. The greater the stress the more our bones will adapt. Thank you. I have another topic for a future post. ;)

Thank you Sir.
Absolutely. If it doesn't support the current paradigm it will be ignored.
Some would think this a simple approach - but it's truly revolutionary.
Thank you Roman. It strays from the norm yet it’s always been here.
Love your SS it has helped me clarify mentally and physically. Have you investigated Foundation Training? It has helped me immensely over the years

Nice. Putting money in the energy bank!!!!!
Good plan. Is there a decent number of farms that one can purchase directly from farmers down there or how is it?

That's good to hear. Nature has so much to provide us. Good thing there are Bush Food Foragers out there to guide us. ;)
You'd learn quite a lot more from "Green" Deane Jordan! He's got more than 1,000 North American forage items on his website!
