Intro
Due to a plethora of events and tragedies, I’ve grown to question and test almost everything and have chosen to take the path less traveled in several ways.
It’s a rebellion but not just for rebelling’s sake it’s a rebelling against the established order of things because you and many others have found greater benefit in what’s been ignored or criticized.
In addition to this, it’s crucial to determine which worldview/paradigm/lens through which we view things properly accounts for everything that has occurred, is occurring, and will occur. I believe that the Terrain Paradigm of disease does this to a high degree especially once you’ve looked into the history behind virus, “Isolation” as well as living out such a paradigm.
Story/Analogy
But imagine if you will that you’re sitting in your living room and one of your friends barges in your house saying, “Don’t go outside, there’s a velociraptor on every street corner.”
You think, “Oh snap I better not go outside.” Then, another neighbor barges in saying the same thing, then your grandma, then your 1st grade teacher, Big Bird, and a few others. They are all saying the same thing about the velociraptors. After a few hours pass you decide, “Hey let me look out the window.” So you move over to the window and open the blinds and what do you see?
At first, you’re thinking if something is wrong with you. You try to start a conversation with those in your apartment about what you see outside and they all keep telling you that you’re crazy and if you open the door you’ll be risking everyone’s lives. You go out anyways and what you saw through the window matches what you are experiencing outside.
That’s what the past few years have felt like for me. People say things are one way but the things you read and experience are telling you something else. Supposedly this country(the U.S.) is free and blessed but it’s getting to the point that we’re gonna have to work 80 hours a week to not be homeless for a nation that kills our loved ones with a myriad of poisonous medicines…
I’m not bitter!!!!…You’re bitter!!!!
The terrain paradigm of disease has been one of those things I’ve found extremely beneficial not because it's a rebelling against the way we are told to think but because it yields fruit.
The food we eat, the way we sleep, the way we train, the toxins in our environment, and our stress are more of a determinant of our health than some microscopic organisms. Oh… and then there’s man-made frequencies.
Here I will provide you with some principles that I utilize on a daily basis in this battle to live a healthier lifestyle.
1 - Walking/Grounding
A simple and cheap activity we have been doing since the beginning of time that can improve your health. It's generally recommended that it be a brisk walk which experimenting with this with myself I can say that I would choose 30 total minutes of brisk walking a day over an hour of slow and steady to win the race.
I’ve seen some sources recommend doing it in a fasted state as this will burn more fat and trust me, it does work.
I’ll take a lap around my apartment complex/nearby neighborhood. But I highly recommend going to a nature park once in a while as there will most likely be more difficult terrain to walk over and with that increased difficulty comes a leaner body/better internal terrain.
I change which shoes I walk in from time to time. I have a history of wearing Vibram five-finger shoes which will heavily develop the muscles in your leg below the knee.
If it’s warm outside I’ll try to walk in these before a workout. Because I’m so used to these I generally can tell when the footwear I have doesn’t engage my muscles in this lower area to a greater degree. If you don’t use it you lose it.
But there’s always the option of no footwear whatsoever which has extra benefits for our health like
Decreased Inflammation
Better Mood
Better Sleep
With the terrain paradigm, all symptoms are the body’s way of getting rid of damaged cell tissue or toxins. Some of the ways our bodies will do this are through
Sneezing
Watery eyes
Coughing
Sweat
#1 & #2
So why not go outside, sweat a little, and help your body get rid of stuff that shouldn’t be there?
2 - The Sun
Sunlight is an important part of ensuring that the inner workings of your body are running properly. The better it works the less damaged cells there will be hence the lack of need to expel those cells from the body.
But, getting benefits from sunlight for me is a bit tricky.
In case you haven’t noticed…I’m black
Therefore, I need to stay in the sun a bit longer to absorb higher amounts of its rays due to my skin tone. Weather permitting I’ll wear shorts, a short-sleeved shirt, or a sleeveless shirt to get as much skin exposed for when I do go outside.
There’s also the question of the time of day I go out. Due to a recommendation, I downloaded an app by the name of, “Dminder” which if you put in your location will tell you what time-window during the day to get the most out of your sun exposure. It’s generally around noon time and based on the time of year can extend an hour or a few hours outside that time.
I also like going out in the morning to wake my body up. Life is about balance. The more time we spend in natural light vs manmade the better.
But sun exposure should be approached like exercise. Don’t do too much at once. Just a little at a time and increase your minutes over the weeks and months.
3 - Pursuing Quality Food
Good, quality food is one of the easiest paths to health and the improvement of one’s terrain. There are many studies(most of them horrible) linking various foods/diets to disease but these exist to support the narratives our oligarch buddies are trying to force on us. Decent studies are usually swept under the rug. Because, once the news breaks on the connection between the quality of food and disease something will be losing a great deal of money…
But what we do have is old knowledge in the form of Hippocrates…
As well as Pottengers Cats which was a study showing how the change in the diets of cats brought about diseased and weak offspring. If a bad diet can screw up animals what can it do to a sedentary human?
How I apply this is that when I shop for groceries I try to get as close to natural as I can get within reason. If you’re in the grocery store stay on the outside of the store to get your food. This comes down to vegetables, fruit, dairy, and meat. If I want to get rice, beans, or some kind of organic BBQ sauce I go right ahead.
I also find it important to support my local farmers as things have become increasingly difficult for them over the decades. It’s a way of voting but with your money.
If you’re low on money try and prioritize nutrient-dense foods some of which are not that expensive, like beef liver.
4 - Avoiding Bad Foods
Avoiding the things on our store shelves classified as, “Food” is also an important approach. For me, if something has too much sugar, too many seed oils, or a long list of words in the ingredients I can’t pronounce I avoid it.
Because I choose to avoid these things that also means I limit how much I go to most restaurants as the things they use to cook with are usually seed oils. I’ve noticed on nights when I’m out with friends or family and I eat too much food at a restaurant along with some type of processed dessert I usually start coming down with some symptoms the next day meaning that my body is trying to get rid of junk.
Frankenfood is one of the easiest ways we can damage our terrain. But if you apply some of the things on the list consistently, you don’t have to worry about this as much.
5 - Sleep
Our body repairs itself and in a way recharges when we sleep. So if the quality of our sleep is not adequate our chances of getting and staying ill or in this process of detox increases. Not everybody can get 7 hours of sleep a night so the quality is of the utmost importance.
I have a routine before I go to bed and the purpose of this is to train me to relax. For me, it’s getting away from the electronics, reading, praying, showering, and then I hit the sheets. Everybody may have their own but this works for me. I also sleep with a blindfold and especially earplugs as everyone around where I live likes to peacock by driving around in loud muscle cars.
6 - Exercise(Not too much)
One’s fitness level and regimen will determine their ability to maintain their health. However, not all exercises will be advantageous toward this goal. If one trains and drives their body into the ground on a daily basis and they’re not giving their body adequate time to recover, then this will leave their other bodily operations degraded. Send the proper signals for strength, muscle, or endurance then go on with the rest of your day.
This is one of the many reasons I find static forms of training whether it’s overcoming isometrics or muscle control so valuable. The amount of energy and focus I pour into it does not leave me exhausted but in fact, does the opposite. One book I have from a guy by the name of Steve Justa said that with isometrics one is, “Creating energy as they go.” This is something I have definitely experienced. Instead of being exhausted after a workout and draining my body of energy needed for other functions, I am ready for the challenges of the day.
One can liken it to your average battle in Star Trek. Do I shift power to shields, propulsion, or phasers? It’s all situationally dependent.
7 - Man-Made Fields / Frequency Mitigation
As I mentioned about with the sleep I try to the best of my ability and within reason to mitigate the influence of man-made frequencies on my body as I sleep and recover from the day. Another aspect of this is the barefoot walking which also adds to the suppression of such technology on our biology.
I recently started going through a book by Paul Brodeur the journalist who alerted folks of the dangers of asbestos. He also did some work on electromagnetic fields from our power grid.
“Wertheimer and Leeper went on to suggest that alternating magnetic fields might indirectly affect the development of cancer by hindering the ability of the body's immune system to fight cancer. They also suggested that it is conceivable that the immune system might utilize electrical potentials occurring at cell surfaces, and they advanced the disturbing theory that when the human body was subjected to an electromagnetic background different from the levels that had existed during man's evolution, the operation of the immune system might be altered.” (p 23 Brodeur, Currents of Death)
At this point, a full reversal of our way of living I don’t believe is beneficial or possible. However, a better balance and awareness can be achieved.
8 - Fasting
Autophagy is your body’s ability to use old and damaged cell parts(that likely came from processed food and EMFs) and is your body’s way of performing maintenance. This maintenance decreases with age. But one of the ways to trigger autophagy is through fasting or decreasing your eating window every day. Although I love breakfast food I typically forego breakfast and eat around lunch. I also have something at dinner.
Giving your body that time and energy to repair itself versus digesting that nutri-grain bar will lead to better health both in the short and long term.
Why Are You Posting This?
Yall who have been with me for a bit know that I’m a Terrain kind of guy. We’re in the midst of the holidays flying around/ traveling with other people and their cellphones as well as probably eating fast food during these travels. Also, we have an election year coming up.
All these along with several other’s research into the toys the Medical/Military Industrial Complex are playing around with have me thinking we need to look for other answers to our problems when the temperature in the cooking pot that we’re in starts to rise.
Wrap Up
I believe health is more than just hand sanitizer, pills, and insurance. It’s the diligence with which we take care of this body by giving it the proper fuel and the ability to repair itself. The better we strike at and solve the root causes the rest will follow.
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Special Note: For all my subscribers you will not see any post from me on the 25th because I’ll be shifting it to the 26th. And for my paid subscribers I’m working on my part two of my Flexner Report Review.
Until next time…
Excellent advice & T-Y for not forgetting the 😹 Rx!
