Unfortunately, I heavily consumed supplements over half my life, and I only recently started learning the truth about them. I’m 61 years young now.

Another substack writer (Agent131711’s Substack) has been diving deep into researching supplements. So far, three posts covered Vitamin D is rat poison, Vitamin B12 is cyanide and Vitamin C is GMO corn syrup, mold, chemicals, bacteria, bleach and more. Check ‘em out, if you haven’t already.

So when the soils become depleted of nutrients and the plants get sickly they can correct the deficiency by amending the soil. There are many methods of soil amendment but it seems some of the methods have deleterious effects downstream so to speak. This probably applies to the human body as well. I like your work and you seem like a good person keeping it real. I'm going to become a paid subscriber.

Thank you so much. You words alone gave me a needed boost.

I wouldn't be surprised if the upgrade glitch is intentional lol. If it doesn't work no worries just try again in a few days. I'll double check things on my end.

I sent a note but it looks like it didn't make it somehow. Since I'd already let you know why I support your work, I was saying that my payment was finally accepted after I chose the monthly subscription option. I think it was accepted but you're not on my list of paid subscriptions yet so I'll check my credit card statement and wait to see.

Substack is making upgrading difficult, this is the 3rd time I've been declined. I'm working on it.
