I like to think that I’m in tune with my body. To know what makes it operate at high levels and what degrades it. When I stumble on something that drastically improves my performance I take note. This is why I become a broken record with certain forms of training.
The fitness world can get bogged down in research studies in relation to training paradigms. Although they can point us in the right direction one ultimately has to apply that approach to training and observe its benefits.
An indication of the good fruit of a paradigm is history. Have people benefited from embracing or avoiding XYZ? What patterns can we observe with XYZ apart from research papers?
In terms of health, Man-Made EMF mitigation strategies have resulted in a huge improvement.

Decreased frequency of the “Cold” Or “Flu”
Concentration
Mood
However, there may be a time in the future when these benefits can’t be experienced anymore. But until then there’s a job to do….

I’m pretty comfortable with my sleep situation. I choose to sleep flat on the floor with a rug and a few blankets between myself and the hardwood floor. I’ve found this more comfortable than a mattress and got rid of mine a while ago. I also have a few protocols for my cell phone and wifi to improve my time of recuperation.
It’s been a progression towards becoming a caveman at night that has been increasing rapidly over the past few months.
I still need to find a dinosaur though…
I also turn off the breaker to my bedroom and the first night I did this my sleep was immaculate.
The other night I turned off the breaker to the living room on the other side of my bedroom wall and I woke up almost 30 minutes earlier than I usually do feeling refreshed and energized.

BLUF: Man-made technologies hinder the operation of our bodies. The human body is electromagnetic and if being a communications officer in the Corps has taught me anything is that objects with electromagnetic properties can be jammed.
The creation of modern medicine has led us away from this understanding of the electromagnetic nature of the human body. However, it’s making a comeback, and not for a good reason.

During the pandemic, I heard echoes of people talking about how there is no virus and that the real sickness was caused by all the 5G towers being put up. I was already familiar with the terrain paradigm but I thought the people talking about the root of the sickness being 5G a little too extreme.
What’s more embarrassing is my background in the Corps. At the communications specialty school and at my first platoon in Okinawa I dealt with several communications pieces that operated in the microwave frequency range. There are stories of Marines holding up hot dogs in front of these and some of the other variations and cooking them. I thought the only damage various frequencies caused was in their heating effects but I later found out that the non-thermal effects from any communications device can accomplish a host of things. This can be unintentional, or it can be intentional.
In terms of unintentional, there have been a plethora of studies throughout the past couple of decades some of them independent, some of them from government organizations. I’m reading one from the DOD and I was presented with one from NASA that had some pretty interesting things.
This paper, like the one from the DOD, is a collection of other research papers so I had to do some digging and look through its sources. The increase in histamine content in the blood I found interesting as I had contemplated if man-made EMF played a role in the increase of our allergies. Histamine is a chemical in our cells that plays a role in our immune response. There are symptoms for our bodies when there is a high concentration of histamine in our blood. These symptoms, in addition to the decrease in sensitivity to smell I realized, could be related to something…
I found it strange at that time how people’s taste buds or sense of smell were knocked out when I hadn’t heard of viruses doing that before. Heck if this happened to me then maybe I could eat at Long John Silvers without becoming nauseous. Oh maybe tolerate Taco Bell for once.
Why folks were dying in the hospitals is a somewhat different story which I’ve touched on repeatedly but there were plenty of people getting sick outside of these chambers. This “Novel Virus” was doing things that viruses hadn’t done before which should bring up the question of whether it was a virus at all.
But this research coupled with my experience of the past year helps me to realize that the mitigation of man-mad emf should be an important part of any health program.

I bring this all up to say that for the longest time in my life (the past year) I felt somewhat free. Like I had just sprinted off the slave plantation leaving my Creole slave master in the dust.
Not only was the narrative of how we get sick false, but I could take measures into my own hands. I wasn’t waiting for some microbe to enter and make me sick I could become proactive.
But with the coming of the wacky weather in Texas, I was encountering some weird symptoms that would show up during certain hours of the day (8 -10 am) whether I was in my apartment, outside a mile away, or 15 miles away from my apartment. Sometimes it would come around 4 pm. I also have protocols for my cell phone being near my body that have remained unchanged.
Several of the EMF experts on this platform have been talking about an increase in the man-made EMFs we’re bathing in not just from above, or adjacent, but also from below(#ground current).
In terms of the adjacent, I saw a video that’s been making the rounds on substack and elsewhere that might point to something.
Is there something to this? Maybe. I would have to look at other time periods if there are any showing that this is a constant thing.
Radars making people sick have been a concern for a long time some of which you can read about in Paul Brodeur’s, “Currents of Death.” The concerns and research talked about in this book were more in the realm of cancer but you see precursors to the same battles we’re having today over 5G tower emplacement. Some organization or agency is surrounding us with the very things that make us sick and those who see what’s happening rise up to say, “No.”
Following this, that agency/organization brings in, “Scientists” to support whatever they’re trying to build and the plebs usually lose.
Although this may sound bleak the average person today can bring to bear more information than those in the past. Instead of going through the courts of our day, we can build relationships with those in our communities and possibly around the world depending on what honey trap platform one is using.
Show them the evidence
Take a few hits
and lead those who listen into voting with their lifestyle and their dollars.
Is it too late? Maybe. But what else are we going to do? Occupy our time with progressive calisthenics that can be used by anyone regardless of their conditioning?

There are conspiracy theories out there that our Doppler Radars aren’t there to predict the weather…they’re there to create it.
It’s not completely out of the realm of possibility given that NOAA admits that electromagnetic radiation can fidget with the weather.
Back in the old days, they would throw silver iodide into clouds and make it rain. Like all weapons that were intended for the battlefield, this technology has advanced by leaps and bounds.

There are more but these are pretty much the main things any commander would wish for when it comes to their weapons platforms.
Weather control via electromagnetic radiation, crazy weather, and increases in histamine in one’s blood may all be related. I’m not a doctor or scientist though. I’m just recognizing patterns.
I wonder how much the TikTok ban has to do with China or if it’s really about it being used for stuff like this. I recall watching a TikTok about all the patents for soft-kill-directed energy weapons from the CIA. As with all platforms, there’s brain rot but I’m skeptical of anything my government says.
Aluminum in the body and man-made EMF don’t mix. From a benevolent government perspective(#turnthemaparound), why not sprinkle stuff in the atmosphere to modify the climate/weather and give your plebs an excuse to go to the hospital to fix their symptoms? A perfect storm of control measures(weather & surveillance) that are also making us sick no pun intended.
Maybe it’s just that I’ve accumulated too many metals at this point and have become the 2024 version of the Tin Man…

This is not an official document more a proposal by a few “Good-Idea Fairies” it seems. However, this was made back when I was running around my elementary school, and my skin a few shades lighter. This document acknowledges the Soviet’s ability to control the weather through electromagnetic means.
But if you recall this is also something the gentlemen above, Col Tom Bearden spoke about. Only this was done through a different form of electromagnetic wave propagation.
As long as this weather weapon is used to preserve our way of life/freedoms I’m good. Isn’t that right Military Industrial Complex?

The hunt for my white whale has been going a bit better these past few days and I’m getting closer. When it comes to fitness, as long as the signal you’re sending your body to adapt is efficient one needs to only eat normal foods until somewhat satiated. However, outside of fitness can be another story as I’ve talked about lowering my seed oils to bask in the sun in the past.
Compared to this time last year there is only one category of food that has entered the picture. One, that along with a host of other food items has elements within them that might cause my body to react more negatively to man-made emf but this is just speculation at this point.

If there wasn’t anything loose or destructive in my body, then my body would not need to go into repair/symptom mode.
It sucks but understanding our individual bodies at a deeper level will help us to navigate this toxic world we’re in. My approach may not work for everyone but it could work for some however we all move to the beat of a different drum.
Taking care of ourselves and loving our neighbor is the way. I don’t think we’ll be able to bully our way out of this…

The electromagnetic properties of the human body or the “Biofield” as the NIH describes it is a missing piece of the puzzle that once it’s placed back in, things start happening.
Kidding, of course…
But I hope you can get past my nerdiness to catch my drift. I’ve heard some say that this biofield accounts for 80% of our immune system. If this is true then it seems like everything man has built since the telegraph is conducting an all-out assault on this field. The fact that this part of our bodies has been removed from common knowledge hasn’t helped either. With this lack of knowledge, big pharma can swoop in and poison us to death when the root cause is still present and will always be until we do something.
If I had the money I’d build a retreat out in the middle of nowhere. The purpose is to invite folks and have them live a man-made EMF-mitigated life for a few weeks. Once they’ve experienced the benefits they can go back and tell their friends and the word will spread. A collective experience can overpower any amount of funded research or heavily pushed narrative. The challenge is getting to that point before it’s too late.
But until that time all I can do is be myself here on substack and elsewhere…
