Reaction Drills To Illness (Terrain Perspective)
I felt a small lump in my throat and could feel the rising of other symptoms. As I no longer believe viruses are the cause of my illness for various reasons…
What are my follow-on actions?
How do I ensure that the faint symptoms I have don’t become exaggerated?
How do I properly analyze how I have been living to ensure this occurrence isn’t as frequent?
Like I was taught in the Corps, you need to have a plan for any type of ambush. A sudden attempt by the enemy to hinder your operations whether that be with logistics or communications. We would sometimes call this a, “Reaction Drill.”
If we don’t have a plan set in place, the chaos of the ambush could overwhelm us.

That clip was from one of my favorite movies, “Battle Los Angeles.” Is it just one giant recruitment commercial to get us to sign up and do the bidding of the military-industrial complex? Sure. But it still holds a place in my heart for its accuracy in portraying the Marine Corps Spirit.
It did prepare for me many things later in life that I wasn’t expecting. The approach to self/unit discipline, warfare mindset, and making do with what little you have can’t be beat. So when I stumbled on the Terrain Paradigm and put this stuff into practice it felt pretty simple for me.
The Terrain Paradigm is the belief that it’s not others and their microbes that make us sick and that it’s our own way of living and exposing ourselves to too many toxins in our environment as well as internally.
These toxins can be in the form of man-made chemicals in our food and air…
They can be the negative thoughts that lead us to despair…
Or the electrical magnetic fields and frequencies that our biology cannot bear
Task Rabbit
As I stated briefly in my Monday post I’m doing some work on the side that can best be described as Uber but for the handyman. Through this app the customer will provide you with locations for where you will help them with packing stuff, transporting stuff, or fixing stuff. I usually try to keep my phone on airplane mode while I’m driving with google maps activated.
So that my lines of communication are open with the customer I don’t turn on airplane mode in these situations. This means I could be driving around for part of the day getting radiated by my phone as it’s tethering to various cell towers while at the same time getting blasted with 5G Transceivers and the new LED street lights that are most likely VLCs.
Because of too much exposure to electric toxins, I started feeling the oncoming of symptoms and here are the few things I did as part of my reaction drills.
My Terrain Reaction Drill
More Sunlight
More Grounding
Prioritize getting to bed a little earlier
Wait… That’s it?
Pretty much.
Well did it work?
If you can’t do all three at least heavily focus on one. For example here in Texas, some of the past few weeks haven’t been great on sunshine (hopefully due to natural causes) so I focused more on grounding during my free time.
Grab a book, a notepad, a research study about wireless biosensors causing corona, an overcoming isometric E-book, or anything while your feet are planted on the earth. But if you have a nice long field of grass with zero debris that’s great. The beach is wonderful too.
If the grass is too wet from all the rainfall (hopefully due to natural causes) and the sun is out get some more sun on your skin. #sunsoutgunsout I’ll cover more of this on Monday as it pertains to a certain group of calisthenics practitioners. As always I tend to question the official narrative. Shocker, I know!!!!
But if the grass is super wet and muddy(hopefully due to natural causes) and there’s no sun (hopefully due to natural causes), hopefully, there’s time to get in some good sleep with dreams of your own.
Keep in mind I’m doing this while I’m already doing other things like…
Fasting
Limiting processed foods
& Turning the wifi off at night.
Based on your situation you may find these other things might work better for you.
But whatever happens, you are in control.
Wrap Up
Health and fitness can be very simple. Live within our human nature. Modern inventions are nice but they can distract us from what really matters as well as what keeps our bodies in working order.
Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.
Until next time…
