Overcoming Isometrics is the base of my training and can be a great catalyst for anybody's fitness, sports, or life goals. If you train the body by giving it the right inputs, you’ll realize that you won’t need much.
I smiled at the remarks made by your colonel about his experiences "working hard" as a lieutenant. IF that story is true, I have no doubt that the SNCOs and NCOs of his platoon thought he was an insufferable idiot!
Squats like this are one of the best exercises we can do as most elderly get put into homes for the simple reason they can't get up out of their chair.
