I’m planning on buying your e-book, but first I’d like to know if the information you provide will be helpful for a 61 year young lady.

Absolutely. The beauty with this form of training is that its just as much a tool for the elderly as it is for the elite warrior.

I have a list of benefits with this form of training in the book among them is the improvements in tendons and one's cardio.

In the past I've trained both young and old clients with OCIs.
