I’ll be finished with my E-book by the end of the week.
Pricing has always been a tricky subject for me. You can either make it cheap and accessible to everyone but we’re taught, or “Taught” that this can also devalue your product/service and make someone think,
“If it’s cheap it must be crap”
But at the same time, you are aware of/have experience with certain populations that like to bargain the price down and it can be tough to curry favor with them and secure a purchase.
In addition to this economy ain’t so great. But there’s a specific building we can thank for that.

But for now, here is a protocol I use to give myself a boost either during the day or throughout the week. I essentially perform a handful of burst reps in different postures that shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes. You don’t have to copy the ones I do but I encourage you to come up with your own.
In this video are also some words from myself positioned throughout and in between postures to break up the monotony of having you look at me playing statue.

I’ll provide you all with some more words on what exactly this book will entail upon its release. But I intend to plant seeds and give you the knowledge to strengthen your body in ways that are on par with advanced calisthenics or weight-lifting all without much equipment.
This knowledge will give you a greater amount of freedom in this open-air EMF prison cage we’re in.

I always feel better when I kick something. I've remained super flexible since I was a teen by stretching, and can still gently kick overhead kitchen cabinets shut. So much satisfaction when we move those hips!
