Dang... yeah that's not easy.

Oh I've seen plenty of women execute one legged squats as well. ;)

But they're just a means to an end which is stronger joints, balance, and muscle tension which can be achieved through other means.

The Barre Work? Yeah I have in the past and still do recommend various progressions and I try to meet the person where they're at. For some, all they can do at the moment will be partial body weight squats. Overtime I'll move them up to Lunge Pressing and variations beyond that.
