I’ve never been one to heavily focus on my nutrition because I’ve always achieved success through other means. Food matters. But the stimulus matters more.
Edit: I got energetic with my response below. In no way am I criticizing you. As a long term vegan, I have found that there are many claims about vegans. I test these at ground level. I share my real world observations below.
"being plant-based is something that is largely supported by our oligarch overloads hence it will get the boost in the algorithm."
ha ha ha
put in the term "sugar fasting" in youtube ... look at the results.
about the dangers, about paleo, about keto, about carnivore
there is NO WAY that vegans are promoted, i have been inundated always with meat video pushers, even when i never ever click on these videos.
Look at the top 10 plant based channels,
then at the top 10 keto/paleo channels
add up the view counts
"I dare you" - to put your theory to the test, to verify or falsify
I go to the health food stores, in many cities. Please look at the number of vegan products then look at the number of meat products, cheese products. Count these. The meat products are ALWAYS double, triple or even more. You can also go to costco, and do the same. it is hard to find good vegan products
you can also use google maps, and type vegan restaurants near you. you can count these often these are between 5 to 50. I did this a few weeks ago in Las Angelas during an overnight lay over. There were so few within delivery of the hotel. Less than 5. In the whole city, there was under 50. Most of these were vegetarian. Then look at the number of normal meat restaurants - the numbers are countless
Normally you seem resistant to the training of the overlords. in this case you fell for it hook line and sinker (I believe). The overlords demonize the vegans, make them look like religious stupid zealots. then they pretend everyone will never have access to their precious meats. Everyone then hates the vegans. Look at you, see how easily you found a video of the crazy vegan
I was in the philippines recently. I could not find vegan choices in any restaurants. oh way, in the biggest city there was about 5. in the second biggest there were 3. when I go to a place, i have to live with rice, and hopefully garlic fried rice, maybe they will be willing to add vegetables. without meat or shrimp. In both Canada and the US, vegan choices are extremely limited.
The overlords seem to be doing a horrible job of pushing the algorithm
Meat and dairy is EVERYWHERE
I am a stubborn man, and go into hundreds of small or large food places. I simply ask politely if they have any choices without dairy, eggs, or meat products. They say no, and I say thank you, and leave. It cities of millions, I am used to finding less than 10 places, and half of that will use way too much oil. In every city that I resided in, the vegan places usually go bankrupt after a number of years. Sad really.
I recently decided to do raw vegan ... HA HA HA, my choices went to almost nil. Especially since I am not wanting to eat oil and fat, which cuts out nuts and seeds. My choice, my reduction in choices, I do not ask for sympathy. If the overlords were pushing veganism, my choices should be getting more, not less.
I'm part of a religious group(Orthodox Christianity) that's plant-based most of the year, and I've seen a big difference over the past few years in how much easier these plant-based periods have become(hey, I'm not complaining lol).
I've you've seen, read, and understood any of my notes/posts after this, you would realize that I'm gravitating more toward the point that the oligarchs are using both these diet paradigms for their purposes. The algorithm knows that in my past, I leaned toward carnivore, so it shows me vegan stuff. The algorithm knows that you're vegan, so it shows you carnivore stuff. This agitation tactic goes both ways.
I did not see the date, the post was shown to me by the algorithm and I thought it was a recent post of yours.
Interestingly I believe carnivore kills people - and of course carnivore people think that plants killl people (anti-nutrients).
By in large, I actually believe carnivore animals are really nasty; hostile to all other animals, hostile to others of their own species, will kill at any time, other animals can never relax around them, are cruel to their own young (the strongest eat first). There are more. With this list, I wonder why any spiritual minded man wants to be like these carnivores. I believe that all animals were created, and then were permitted to choose. Some stayed good to their neighbours, and stayed herbivores. Some decided to sometimes be cruel and sometimes nice and became omnivores. Some decided to be cruel to their neighbours, and became carnivores. Even with humans, some cultures are carnivores - they are chosen, they deserve everything, and all others should be slaves or even die.
The Creator made man able to choose - to continue to be omnivores, to hate their neighbours more by being carnivores (not only in killing animals, but in the hostile ways of making money, only caring about their direct family, etc), or choosing the hardest path which is to decide “thou shall not kill” also applies to animals, and thus become herbivores again. To become like Adam was, he was a herbivore. Man was created with the ability to to delay his gratification in order to get something better later in life.
good idea regarding the algorithm giving the opposites to people, (there has to be a term for this manipulation method), to cause that person to feel the system is bad and showing it by ‘forcing’ them to be exposed or will force them to change their choices.
My findings from 6 months of going from no/minimal sun to sunbathing 2 hrs/2 to 4 times per week (depending on weather):
1. Morning sun will never burn. I expose my skin to a.m. sun, usually 0700-0900 on any day its not cloudy. Never gotten sunburnt once.
2. Midday sun will always burn. I was sunburnt twice in those 6 months: both occuring on a holiday when I was bushwalking in the midday sun.
3. Tans take a long time to emerge! After 6 months of sunning, I still have my upperbody/T-shirt tan. I have a heck of a lot more freckles now, particularly on my shoulders, than I used to, though!
4. Regular sunning will reset your circadian rhythm. Im a night worker (1400-2200) and usually woke up at 0900-1000. After I started a.m. sunning, my body now automatically wakes me up at sunrise (0630-0700) every sunny day without the need for an alarm clock, even if I go to bed late (midnight) the day before.
And there are more effects but you can discover those for yourself :)
I have always been sceptical of the push for veganism, due to the psycho's agendas, but the balance that you approach the subject is refreshing. I love meat, and try to source as much as possible from local farm butchers that I respect but I can see that it really is an each to their own thing and that our system is complex beyond belief and that the food we eat is just a small part of that. I have been grounding and sunning myself as much as possible in the last year, mainly April - October due the weather here in Portsmouth UK. I absolutely believe that being in nature (in the sun, touching the earth, being in the sea) is the most important part of being a human. What I can't believe is that it took me so long to understand this, It it sooo obvious that it beggars belief. To think I used to mock people like the one I have become just makes me cringe. But thats the brainwashing for ya, just glad I somehow found my way out of the madness.
I've experienced some difficulty in passing along this information in my one on one conversations with folks I've known for awhile because it does seem too obvious. It's like they're expecting something super complex that only one trained for decades on the subject can bring about.
I'm currently running through a corrective exercise course and so far the information seems overly convoluted to me based on the things I've experienced and the history I've read.
I think its the end of the rabbit hole after vaccines, GMO, all the toxins everywhere, Cancer treatments, viruses, supplements, you end up back where you should have been all the time. Just nature, and the best of it at that. Thanks Jonathan.
What both sides can, or should agree on, is that processed food, whether it's crickets, cowbrains, or algae, needs to be whole, and grown not in a vertical "farm" but in the light of the Sun!
Love that you brought the "stimulus" aspect into this, it's a good reminder. Sunlight creates short-term inflammation, which is then instantly repaired by subcellular melatonin. In a way, the Sun is our stimulus factory. Who needs those govt checks anyway.
Love the vegan video too - I got a good laugh. Enzymes are another aspect that aren't understood. Ever hear of Wade Lightheart? A champion vegan body builder.
I second that man's penchant for dark chocolate and red wine. Yesterday for lunch I had red wine with (yes I know) grassfed beef chili and then dark chocolate at the end. We also eat shrimp 2-3x per week.

As King Solomon said centuries ago: "It is good for the eyes to see the sun."
Absolutely!!!

I have noticed number 4 from time to time. Pretty Cool

Thank you Rob I couldn't agree more.

Thank you/agreed. When I first saw that movie a few years ago I cracked up at that scene.
No I haven't heard of him. Rabbit hole #2 for the day.
Sounds like an awesome meal.
