We’ve been in nature since the dawn of time but now we’re having issues. My two go-to solutions are EMF mitigation and the decreased intake of processed foods.
From my experience it took getting out of the 'male trees' environment and into the tropics or equatorial mountains five years in a row. And this Spring I was back in the US. For the first time in five decades, I did not have Spring allergies (mine come very early). For the past five years, I also focused on developing my inner core and alignment with exercise and qi gong. Before, I tried everything for decades, and taking local honey, starting three months before the Spring worked some, as did going elimination of dairy, grains, and sugars. But resetting the body is what finally worked.
Thank you for this. Changing one's environment for a bit, exercise/energy, and resetting the blood all sound like great ideas which I'll contemplate and then practice.

This is great. People don't understand that their "cold/flu" symptoms are caused by allergies, toxins, and EMFs. I've had terrible "allergy" symptoms this week, thinking it was something I ate or something outside, but then I realized that the skies were hazy aka chem trails, and there was a strong chemical smell in the air when this started. For a couple days I felt like I had been breathing in sand. Waiting to take our new baby home. Enter nurse with nasty-looking syringe. Just needed to vaccinate this brand new gift from God…we said NO! She said then you can’t take the baby!!! We both cried as she stuck that needle in the heel of our child.
IMHO, Allergies are a gift from Bill Gates and his required vaccines. Yes. Our son, 40 years old in September, has forever tested allergic to everything. No extreme asthma. I’m grateful. So much worse for so many others.

Yeah this has been in the back of my mind as well. Fidget without bodies so that nature can irritate us to a greater degree. I know some vaccines have aluminum in them and this could also be interacting with the EMF bath we're in.
