Special Note: This post will be split into two parts. The “Muscle” will be the fitness section while the “Nerve” will be discussing other topics that are a little more on the dark side which we’ll need the nerve/fortitude to wrestle with. I recommend most just stick with the muscle section.
The Muscle
Our muscles help us produce force and store energy. In terms of adaption/ being triggered to change, all they know is tension and fatigue. As far as what brings about this tension and fatigue they could care less. They don’t discriminate…
Recent research has shown that lighter weights can build muscle just as much as heavier weights granted the muscles are brought into a high state of fatigue. The only difference between the two might be the time it takes to reach the stimulus, as well as the stress placed upon one’s bones and joints. But if you develop the right tension it might not matter at all. So when your muscles get that signal they will adapt just as long as you’re eating some real food and not staying up all night watching videos with voiced-over animals.
Someone - “That sounds oddly specific.”
There has been much research over the past few years trying to narrow down what that signal is when during the olden days muscle building was seen as something easy and strength building was seen as something difficult to cultivate. One thing most of the old schoolers had in common was some form of tension-based training in their regimen.
There were several of these training modalities back in the day.
Muscle Control: Voluntary Muscle Contractions & Relaxations
Yielding Isometrics: Opposite limbs resisting each other to produce strength and muscle gains.
Overcoming Isometrics: Exerting force on an immovable object to produce strength and muscle gains.
The Light Dumbell System: Curling light weights for high reps while contracting one’s muscles to produce muscle gains.
How to achieve adaption through tension-based training isn’t as well known today but there are those of us trying to bring some of this back. Like me…
Like most ideas that are not part of the mainstream, there’s usually some hesitation with folks to consider it…
Someone - “If this is so great we would have been told about it.”
But we live in a world built on advertisement. Whatever will make some company the most money will be placed in front of people with rhetoric designed to secure a purchase….I’m looking at you Mando Deodorant!!!!
Also, we’re visual creatures. We like seeing things move. One can show off by hoisting up heavy weights and many people will stare. Or some black dude with glasses can show off his calisthenics skills in an attempt to get more subscribers…
So when here or anywhere one starts talking about how beneficial it is to focus on the quality contraction of our muscles questions tend to pop up. Here, I’m not too worried but in other places like YouTube when you see similarly worded questions in the comment sections across multiple videos from different creators I wonder if it’s just bots/dead-internet theory run amok. But except for my FBI handlers I know most of yall are real so here is a short video I put up on notes a few days back.
The quality contraction of our muscles for periods at a time either in tandem with dynamic training or by itself will yield results.
I included some folks from the Maxalding system in that video to provide somewhat of a connection between the past and present. One day I and some of my minions clients will provide a more visual representation of the effectiveness of such training.
Now, the muscle contractions in those studies were nowhere near the complexity of what was taught in the Maxalding system. If it was the result might have been far better. But one of the studies brings up an interesting approach to include such training in your regimen which is during your dynamic workout….
Let’s say you were doing some elevated push-ups and you wanted to provide your triceps a little more stimulus after a set or workout.
Once done with the push-ups, step away from the surface that you’re performing your push-ups on, keep your arm straight and down at your side, and work to activate/feel one of your triceps as you see in the left picture. You will only do this for a few seconds and if you need assistance, placing the hand from the other arm on the back of your activated arm to feel that tricep harden can provide good training wheels. This can be done with any movement and with any muscle.
It’s about developing that mind-muscle connection. This can be done with the right dynamic movement meaning that whatever movement you employ, it’s a means to an end. Overcoming isometrics helped me lay the groundwork to jump into voluntary muscle control/Maxalding more easily.
Now….the world don't move to the beat of just one drum,
What might be right for you, may not be right for some…
But Yielding (limb vs limb) isometrics can also be a tool.
Our bodies are intelligent. You are intelligent. My intent is to help you to understand and properly employ your own body. I can help you somewhat but at the end of the day if you find a path that works for you stick to it.
Minimalist fitness training modalities teach us more about our own bodies both in how complex they are and how little external things we need. Maxalding is as bare-bones as one can get. It’s as Nerve & Muscle as one can get.
If there’s one thing I’ve noticed about Maxalding is that over time it has helped me to be more present. I’m not perfect but the focus it requires of me, even more so than overcoming isometrics, helps me to more easily disregard future events that haven’t happened yet. I’ve noticed this occur both in and outside of my sessions.
This is what’s so great about physical training. It imparts benefits beyond just the physical.
Well, that’s it for the “Muscle” Section now onto the “Nerve” section. Some of yall might not like the “Nerve” section so be warned. But here’s a parting gift of laughter for those who just want the “Muscle” part…
The Nerve
I’m stepping back on my soap box for a bit in terms of other subjects. Some of yall may have noticed that I’ve been posting more bio-digital convergence stuff in notes like what you see above. Even if everything I post in notes gets sent to the shadow realm I can at least put forward some low effort in showing people the technological level of the gadgets and software being used to merge us with machines. I’m by no means the first one who started blowing the whistle on this stuff but I do wish to find my way of getting the word out.
I’m sure most of yall have seen the news of Trump and his homeboys coming out with their AI cancer vaccine. I wasn’t surprised by the announcement because Trump and every country/its leaders have been going down this path where technology will take greater roles in monitoring every part of our bodies and later making changes.
But I was surprised by the speed of it all.
Like dang, at least buy me dinner first!!!!! But we’re moving into a world where our privacy will be even more diminished. Gone are the days of harvesting what we do on the internet, our biometrics data…
Our Face
DNA
Voice
Heartbeat
Our blood pressure while watching the latest Lifetime movie
etc
will now be added to it. Biometrics used to mean just fingerprints and our faces but the definition is expanding now. Soon biometrics will be everything that you are.
“Therefore, biometric systems use fingerprints, hand geometry, iris, retina, face, vasculature patterns, signature, gait, palmprint, or voiceprint to determine a persons identity.” An introduction to biometrics, IEEE
I wish I was “Black pilling” as the kids say but looking at these research papers and some of their webinars tells me this is where they want to take us. They have puppets all around the world to do their bidding. It will all be connected…
Adding to this some nefarious technology can turn this into a future where people can undergo psychological torture anytime and anywhere is going to make it a fun time
All we need is the connectivity/comms infrastructure to achieve this as well as something to dole out “treatment” that never rests.
But they need to tug at our heartstrings and use a crisis(cancer) to do it.
This is one of the reasons that although I’m not a specialist, I’m just some black dude with glasses, I like looking at alternative theories of what cancer is. Because what it is will determine our response.

But our medical system was built by Darwinian evolution fanboys and if they thought the human body was an accident that fell together over millions of years would that not affect how they look at certain problems in the human body? Would this also affect how future individuals(creationists and macro-evolutionists alike) sharing these starting points address these problems?
An improperly framed problem can give rise to a more toxic solution which is what I believe this AI Cancer Vaccine is. We already have problems with other vaccines…
Every first-world country is on the same page with technocracy and transhumanism. Based on what they allow us plebs to see in search results, this tech can be very subtle and is far along in its development. However many people will be taken aback by this tech so they have to drip-feed information about it until the populace is somewhat ok with it. Using something that’s taken so many of our loved ones from us can be used to bring this kind of technology out to the masses a great deal quicker.
The masses - “Please give us a solution to this problem it doesn’t matter what the solution is!!!!”
But outside of the AI vaccine, I see there’s a disconnect between the transhumanist technology that’s being discussed by most(not all) of the big-name alternative personalities and what’s in the literature. I hope to be of aid in steering the discussion.
Thank you for making it all the way to the end and have a good weekend.
Take care
