Intro
I had to look at plenty of these while going through training in the military. Out in the field, we had to make mini versions of these before a mission using different color strings and bags of green army men. With an evaluator nearby we would stand over it and give our “Five-Paragraph Order” which includes everything we’ll be doing during that mission.

And how we would take out the enemy.
This would be against our fellow students led by other evaluators. So while one unit was listening to a 5 paragraph order for their offensive mission, their opfor would be listening to an order in regards to their defensive mission. It was always drilled into us to, “Turn the map around” and think like our enemy to better overcome them.
It’s a good exercise to gauge the weakness of your own scheme of maneuver/plan but also because you don’t have access to the opfor’s 5-paragraph order. If you had access to their order it would make the attack/defense so much easier because you know what they’re going to do before it happens. If you attained access to their order and did nothing with the information and got demolished then that’s on you.
Well, it’s a good thing we aren’t dealing with anything like that in our everyday lives….
Their 5-Paragraph Order
“The Quiet War was declared by the international elite at a meeting held in 1954. Although the silent weapons system was nearly exposed 13 years later, the evolution of the new weapon system has never suffered any major setback” (P 6)
There’s a document that you can find online that was found in the 1980s inside a copier from Boeing. This may sound, “Sus” as the kids say however like the NASA micro dust powerpoint this looks legit given my background. Another way to tell if it’s legit is if the majority of the things talked about are or have been occurring.
Going back to my 5-paragraph order analogy, if you read the enemy’s order and it says they’re popping a red star cluster and 0230 and at 0230 on the dot, you see a red star cluster, then there’s something afoot.
The title of this document signifies a different kind of warfare. Past wars were loud, bloody, and obvious that violence was being waged but whoever wrote this is working toward something different.
“In the interest of future world order, peace, and tranquility, it was decided to privately wage a 'quiet war against the American public with an ultimate objective of permanently shifting the natural and social energy (wealth) of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into the hands of the self-disciplined, responsible, and worthy few.” (P 7)
“In order to implement this objective, it was necessary to create, secure, and apply new weapons which, as it turned out, were a class of weapons so subtle and sophisticated in their principle of operation and public appearance as to earn for themselves the name 'silent weapons'.” (P 7)
Discernment has become an important part of my life over the past few years. Gone are the days when some dude with a monocle over one eye, a large mustache, and an army behind him is trying to oppress you. With this new age, it’s changed. Now you have to worry about people with a smile on their face, thinking they’re the most holy thing that’s ever existed trying to “Help” through whatever paradigm they have adopted/been infected by. They could be out to try and solve a real issue, or something that’s manufactured…
“The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.” (P 47)
Oh…
Well, let’s get a good look at their weapons.
Summary
“MEDIA: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance.
SCHOOLS: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real history.
ENTERTAINMENT: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth grade level.
WORK: Keep the public busy. busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals.” (P 48)
This post will have many of the important quotes from this document but this section will have most of the main points. Their, “Mission Intent” as we would say during our briefs, is to have us dumbed down, distracted, and too busy to think. While this is occurring they can set up whatever they wish.
Near the end of the document, it has a few, “Inputs”/controls into the system aka our society to bring about this dumb, distracted, and busy world. This list has about 32 different things but in order to not have you scrolling for too long I’ve picked out some of the ones I find interesting.
“(3) controls the economic environment.
(6) controls bank rate.
(7) controls the inflation of the currency.
(8) controls the possession of property.
(14) controls payments to government officials
(18) controls media content.
(19) controls material available for T.V. viewing.
(22) creates disorder, chaos, and insanity.
(23) controls design of more probing tax forms.
(24) controls surveillance.
(25) controls the storage of information
(26) develops psychological analyses and profiles of individuals
(28) controls sociological factors
(29) controls health options.” (P 45)
Education
“The Quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright or lower-class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social control.” (P8)
I had already stumbled on this concept a few years back as I was trying to get into becoming a public school history teacher. A friend had alerted me to a guy by the name of John Taylor Gatto who talked about the history of public school(compulsory schooling) and its aims.
Despite all the money1 that’s been going into education over the years we’re not better off.
Therefore, if all this money is being devoted to an issue or topic and things become worse as a result, I believe it’s appropriate to ask where all this money is going and if this system is for our benefit.
Because, while I was going through my course modules for history I noticed something peculiar in the way certain topics were being talked about keep in mind that this was in Texas. In one video was a teacher leading her students through a class and their exercise was to look at the good aspects of communism and brief the rest of the class about it. I was perplexed by this however we’re already there…

So why not teach about it in more positive terms? Just joking lol.
This was around the time I had heard of a woman by the name of Lily Tang Williams who was a young woman during Mao’s color revolution. At the time she was going across the nation talking to various schools, especially their history departments, about her experiences and the parallels with modern-day America. She stated that many of the history departments she interacted with were shocked at her accounts of the color revolution like it was new info. How are history departments across the U.S. oblivious to many of the repeating patterns/atrocities throughout the 20th century?

This is part of why I’m so messed up/goofy. When You find out that most of the problems in society are by design and manufactured what is a person to do?
There are plenty of things in this world that still matter and that I take seriously.
But there’s still a way to fight!!!!
“As time goes on and communication and education improve, the lower class elements of the social labor structure become knowledgable and envious of the good things that the upper class members have. They also begin to attain knowledge of energy systems and the ability to enforce their rise through the class structure.
This threatens the sovereignty of the elite” (P 49)
Knowledge is power!!!! This is one of the reasons I like history because you find people to look up to and try to mimic their example.
I stumbled onto this guy in college while taking a course on Theodore Roosevelt. He started his own school for blacks in the South after the Civil War with him and his students gaining respect(& money) from many of the white folk around him.
He has a book, “Up From Slavery” which I highly recommend.
But knowledge of ourselves, this world, and the weapon systems of the enemy will pull some of us out of this moat we’re in.
The Economy

Not only the prices of commodities but also the availability of labor can be used as the means of shock testing.” (P 34)
By changing the price of commodities they can cause us to freak out… and collect data on how we freak out… so they can cause us to freak out some more in the future.
Suppose the enemy wants you to react a certain way…don’t. Don’t take the bait. It might be difficult during these times to lose our cool but that’s where they want us.
Have you ever heard of the OODA loop? It’s, not a new cereal it’s a decision-making process that was primarily used by a fighter pilot named John Boyd. It stands for
Observe
Orient
Decide
Act
The better you can go through all the stages of your OODA loop before your enemy does the more likely you will win. It’s an ongoing process during a battle so for John Boyd he could be going through dozens of OODA loops during the course of a dogfight. Therefore,
we need to continue to Observe what’s going on
Orient aka better position ourselves on the task we need to complete
Decide how we’ll complete the task
Then Act towards the goal of being more financially stable.
Because the window of opportunity will not stay open for long.
“When the subject citizens are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they of course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap labor.” (P 34)
So have your OODA loops every morning!!!
The Family
“The family unit must be carefully disintegrated, and state-controlled public education and state-operated child care centers must become more common and legally enforced so as to begin the detachment of the child from the mother and father at an earlier age. Inoculation of behavioral drugs can speed the transition for the child (mandatory)” (P 56)
This should not be much of a surprise to any of us. The structure of a family, and with a little faith, can help a group of people overcome any adversity. Blacks here in America went through so much in the past and still made plenty of achievements. But once welfare came about and wrecked the family it was pretty much game over.
The stronger the family unit the less likely their nonsense objectives can be achieved.
It is our weapon.
Wars
“(1) Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in war, which will only result in a total destruction of living earth” (P 23)
“War is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors (the public which we have taught to exchange true value for inflated currency) and falling back on whatever is left of the resources of nature and the regeneration of those resources.” (P 13)
Not going to beat a dead horse I hope y’all have a good understanding of how I feel about my military service and military service in general.
“The draft (selective service, etc.) is an institution of compulsory collective sacrifice and slavery, devised by the middle-aged and the elderly for the purpose of pressing the young into doing the public dirty work. It further serves to make the youth as guilty as the elders, thus making criticism of the elderly by the youth less likely (Generational Stabilizer). It Is marketed and sold to the public under the label of "patriotic” or"national" service.” (P 54)
I never got the appeal of Hunger Games. A bunch of fighting-aged individuals thrown into a death match for the entire world to watch. Seems too barbaric.
Media
“It shoots situation, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of' gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate instead of a military general.” (P 8)
One thing I noticed coming back to the States after Japan was how the media (both left and right) incites rage in all of us. If it does give us truth it's mixed in with lies just enough to keep us in the holding pattern to never make the world a better place.
Or it gives us saviors to do the thinking and the fighting for us.
“So they hire politicians to face reality for them.” (P 52)
Oh…
A decentralized fighting force is the only thing that can achieve victory in this kind of scenario. By, “Fighting” all I mean are large groups of people living counter to whatever paradigm they’re trying to shove down our throats.
People Know
“Yes it makes an unmistakable “Noise” causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with daily social life, Unmistakable to the trained observer, one who knows what to look for. ” (P 9)
“The public instinctively feel that something is wrong, but because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way or handle the problems with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it.” (P 9)
I believe most people know what’s going on. But very few can acknowledge it and put it into words. So their feelings manifest in other actions. I say this because speaking from experience I’m not sure the unwillingness to do work can always be classified as laziness. Sometimes it can be despair.
Because if I’m doomed from the beginning why bother?
I say this cause I feel for Gen Z. They’re gonna work till the end of their days not owning anything.

Most of them are well aware of their future prospects. Their parents and older relatives lived during a time when they could work 40-50 hours a week to put food on the table for the family. Some Gen Zs are working plus that just to keep themselves afloat. Some don’t even bother.
Being the canary in the coal mine that I think they are they try to voice their concern and all they get from conservative pundits is just finger-pointing and laughing. Should it be no surprise when they shift over to a communist paradigm because folks in that realm are the only ones listening to them? Not that I condone it…but I understand.
Not to mention the fact that the man-made EMF fields I was bathed in growing up are a fraction of what they have experienced. No telling what that is doing to them…
Stepping off the soap box I think they have an idea of where all this is headed even if they’re not wearing a tin-foil hat. We all do. It’s just a matter of acknowledging and articulating it.
Wrap Up

I keep reading that if the present administration wanted to intentionally wreck this country, they would have done exactly what they have been since Hair Sniffer was was sworn in. But the seeds of destruction for our nation was evident in the administrations of Wilson, FDR, Johnson, Barack and both Bush presidents. Presidents like Eisenhower, Kennedy, Reagan and Trump slowed the bleeding, but our nation has been on a downward slide since just after the beginning of the 20th century
