How I Got To Where I Am (War Is A Racket)

I had wonderful parents growing up. Some of the best ways they have taught me was through leadership by example. One of the ways in which they led by example was through reading. Not your typical sci-fi or fantasy novel but a great deal of history. I loved reading history and watching films based on events in the past, especially war films.
Over time, I became enamored with the United States Marine Corps. They were strong, tough, and disciplined. To me at the time they were akin to knights or samurai. So what did I do? I went into the military although taking the college route first which would mean that I would be commissioned as an officer. So I went to a preparatory school and then the college for the school and four years later came out as a butter bar Lieutenant.
