Interesting about the term anxiety. Seems it's an indication that something is off, in the external environment or something in your personal life (not just a 'mental illness').

I never hated Eeyore, it was that grouchy rabbit that bugged me.

As long as cat videos are more popular than Trump, we stand a chance against AI.

Great call on Eeyore! I hated him too. Now I feel bad for hating him, and I feel sorry for him.

As a kid I definitely had an affinity with Eeyore; same glum, morose attitude to life as me (same reason I loved Raphael of TMNT).

But the maxalding training has *really* helped to punch through that wall of depression.

Oh and I did 73 kg (160 lbs) lat pull down today, just squeezed out one rep so I know I'm at my new limit. Lets see how long I need to maxald (I think it might be a couple of months) before I get up to 5 reps and then move on to 79 kg (175 lbs)!

Nice. I was a nerd with glasses who enjoyed many activities. That's probably why I gravitated to shows like, "Arthur" lol.

That's great to hear. I recall some more words on neurasthenia through all the Maxalding writing but I couldn't remember where exactly smh. But yeah energy efficient training helping one make goals not only in the gym but in your mind. What more could a person want?
